Well.... What I did NOT like was that they charged me $39 a day for a "resort fee" which was not mentioned until I checked in.... I have NOT idea what that was for because I was staying at a hotel like all of the other ones. I did not use any of their services for the attractions. I needed a place to sleep for 4 days. Parking is outrageous as well. The staff were friendly and the property was clean. However, there were children that were allowed to scream bloody murder up until 11pm when the pool closed. I blame the parents but also, the hotel staff should intervene to some degree as the hotel is horseshoe shaped and the sound bounced all around. I couldn't even enjoy having the balcony door open, or sitting out there. There was an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine that I could find. It had an odd smell in the hallways though. It was good, but far too pricey not to be able to have any quiet time at a reasonable hour.

Everything about our stay was wonderful!! The room, the balcony, the pool and the hot tub!! Room and especially the bathroom was clean and perfect! Nice hot shower! Beds were comfortable! Staff was friendly and welcoming!

Rooms were clean & staff was nice. Pool area was nice as well. The hotel has a nice bar area with things to eat including grab and go. The bus system to the parks was a little aggravating considering you have to book your times in advance and can’t just hop on and go. It is also shared with all the hotels in the Disney springs area. The pickup location for the bus from the parks was also difficult. It wasn’t explained where the pickup location was and after multiple busses passed the supposed pickup location to only drop off guests, not pick them up, ended up using Lyft instead. The hotel was a nice stay, but the third party bus system was frustrating.

Fantastic hotel, very convenient location near Disney Springs. The free shuttle service to the Disney parks was great. Restaurant on-site has a decent breakfast buffet with a Mickey waffle maker. Staff were very helpful, they even helped us book a taxi to the cruise port when we checked out. Resort fee includes water bottles every day of your stay. Great value here!

We loved this hotel! Very kid friendly! They gave us tiaras upon check in for our girls. Kids eat free breakfast and dinner. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Great pool and hot tub. Walkable to Disney Springs. Rooms are a great size and clean! Can see Epcot fireworks from balcony! Would stay here again especially bc you get magic hour promotion for Disney too!
