Great well maintained Hotel with loads of amenities, really good food for a hotel, ate there 6 out of 11 night stay. Free cookies and lemonade in the afternoons is a really nice touch. Free transfer to all Disney parks is very handy, and cheaper than car hire and park parking and hotel parking.

1) The wi-fi was significantly slower than other hotels within a 5-7 mile radius. 2) Regardless of showering during morning, afternoon, or night we barely had hot water. Again, I've never experienced this while being guests of hotels in the area.

This hotel is great walking distance to Disney springs, they also have shuttle services to the parks via reservation. The pool is nice and they have a pharma box which if you need any last minute items for allergies, headaches, manicure set etc. this is great to have! Overall we enjoyed our stay some staff were friendlier than others.

Overall a great stay!

We had an issue when we checked in, when we arrived the room we were issued it was being cleaned and not available. I had to go back downstairs and was told it was mistake and issued another room which the key did not work for. Had to go bad down again to get it sorted out. The staff was very nice and gave me extra drink tickets for the inconvenience. Overall the place was clean and the staff was super friendly.

The hotel itself is in a great location and clean. The issue I had is the terrible traffic noise you hear. I wasn’t able to sleep due to hearing the traffic. I asked for a room change and was offered the highest floor. It helped a bit, but still didn’t drown out the highway traffic and sirens all night. If you stay here, ask for a room facing the pool or away from the highway.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Perfect location. Gym was fine. Pool area nice. Breakfast buffet was good - the bacon was gorgeous. Staff are all really friendly. Beds are amazingly comfortable.
