We were so excited to spend some family time here for the weekend. But as soon as we checked in they got us for a timeshare spiel. Instantly we regretted it. They lied about several things. Simply don’t do it unless you want to waste 3 hours of your morning. Our suite was comfortable, clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The elevator closet to our room wasn’t working. A few areas were under construction. They have several restaurants on premises but they open late in the afternoon. We tried both the Asian and pizza but they were both subpar. The waterpark is honestly why we chose this hotel for the kids. The two jacuzzis were relaxing. The bar served great drinks. Unfortunately, the pool and the outdoor amenities constantly kept closing due to lightening. The pool towels were small, thin and dirty. There weren’t enough lounge chairs. Saw drunk adults and fighting over a lounge chair. Overall, we left early because the pool kept closing and the type of people staying there were unmannered. As a local I wouldn’t return to this hotel nor do I recommend it.

I would never stay here again. The hotel wasn’t fully open all the pools weren’t available to use the daily fees went up and even the employees didn’t know what time the water park should be open or closed. The room was only cleaned when called to complain and I had to call daily to have towels in my room. The employees there have BAD ATTITUDES and there was nothing to eat on a daily but pizza over all wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE

The room was dark and dated. We went to take a shower after the pool and noticed we didn’t have enough wash clothes and towels so we called front desk for more. They advised someone would bring more up three hours later still nothing. Went down to front desk to follow up was told someone would bring some up within 15-20 minutes (while being harassed to sign up for the time share tour). Went back upstairs and two hours later still no towels or wash clothes so now at midnight had to walk downstairs again when they finally handed us 3 wash clothes and 2 towels (we were in a suite and had 8 people total). The towels were dirty, our bathroom smelt like a urinal, and the fitted sheet for the mattress was too small so kept ending up laying on a brown spotted mattress. Anytime a cloud rolled in the pool/ water park would close and not open back up for hours. Asked for toilet paper and was given 1 roll yet there were two bathrooms! We ended up leaving 4 days early and had to pay for a whole other resort. Will not be returning and I am very disappointed as I thought Holiday Inn would be much better.

This is my second time staying at the Holiday Inn. My first time experience again was good so we decided to come back for a second time with our second child. There’s a few things that I did not like during my stay there this time around. In our suite, there were a few cracks and open walls and there was one morning we were eating breakfast and roaches came out from behind the tv wall. We called front desk and they hung up on us. Most towels we would receive in our room had stains on them so we would request multiple at once. There was also one night that our ac stopped working so we called in the morning for it to come get fixed. The staff member came, but they literally knocked once and just opened the door. I thought that was inappropriate. What if myself or one of my family members were getting dressed or something. The hotel is good, very family friendly my son enjoyed it, but they should definitely check out the bedrooms to fix those minor things and
