Our stay at the Holiday Inn was good! The room set up was perfect for our family with little kids. The main bedroom had its own door and was separate from the living area and other bedroom so we were able to put the kids to sleep and th adults stay up without waking them. The bathroom is definitely outdated and the tub faucet was broken. We had to hold the tub faucet until the tub filled up or else it would fall down to the hottest setting becuase it was so loose. The TV is also very outdated and there were no streaming services available. The kids splash area was very cold and since we were there in December it was way too cold for the kids to play in, but the pool was heated and perfect! There was a lot of construction going on so the water slide pictured is not available at the moment.

Used to stay here all the time but last visit was just horrible. We checked in 12/27/2025, we called Before booking for a last minute stay we wanted to double check if we could check in early @1pm we didn’t mind paying. We got there and got told otherwise waited over an hour, it was 3pm I spoke with a manager and she handled the situation well. We checked in. We were unaware that the main waterpark slides were down for reconstruction which made us highly upset because we didn’t see it anywhere on the website. The other side with the 3 watersides and surf board was okay. And also my thing is people with handicapped parking decals really shouldn’t be paying $30 per night for parking atleast half that price but hey whatever. Our room wasn’t all that cool in the middle Of the night we all Woke up Hot for some reason even with the air on 69 . Water didn’t get all that for showers and the bar at the pool we only ordered two drinks and paid $43 which still isn’t sitting right with me. Wish i could upload The video here but ill be adding it to My Google Review

NO BLEACH SMELL in the room, furniture in the 2nd room to put stuff on, the correct amount of towels in the room for the amount of people staying, Pool towel supply at the pool available and being told sorry we don't have anymore the truck did not arrive, door knobs that don't fall off, a phone in the room to contact the front desk instead of having to call on our own cell by logging into your website, irons that are not dirty and ruin your clothes, Bedding available in the room for the pull out couch bed instead of having to call and wait for the bedding to arrive, instructions posted telling you how to work the fan lamp in the bedroom, A tv in the front room with a remote that works the TV without having to stand 24" inches in front of the TV and be able to sit on the couch and change the channel (this was after they brought us a 2nd remote because the one that came with the room did not work at all).

Unfortunately our trip was not as magical as we had hoped for for the holidays. My family spent 5 days at the resort and we continuously did not have hot water. We reported the issue to front desk and was advised on 3 separate occasions that someone would be up within an hour to fix the issue. So we stayed in our room for over 4 hours waiting for help only for no one to show up and when we went back to the desk they said the maintenance man marked it as completed. Not only that. What was worse was our fitted sheets had blood and brown stains on them (I have photos of this as well). We ended up having to repack our 5 kids and move to a different room.
