Overall it was ok, nothing amazing but also nothing terrible. It was a stain on the couch in my room, which I didn’t sit on after seeing it, but overall clean. Valet double charged me and my friend. I called the next day after seeing it and was told the valet manager was out but would call me the next day. Didn’t hear from him the next day, so I called back. He was able to fix the issue and refund the double charge.

The breakfast was crap. The same thing every morning, The sun rise at about 7:30 am , and the breakfast closed off at 9 am. That makes no sense. The deposit of 75.00 per night was not told to us by our travel agent

Great hotel stay in the heart of Orlando

when we walked into the lobby, we were immediately greeted by friendly and helpful staff. When we got to our room, we were amazed at how large it was and that it had a fully stocked kitchen (except no stove but there was a microwave). We also ate dinner there and our waitress was very pleasant and very busy because she was also the bartender. We needed help getting an Uber and another staff member showed us how to do it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was substantial and again the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also the area around the hotel was very safe and we felt comfortable walking. Great location for anyone attending an event at the Kia Center.

The staff was very helpful from the valets to the front desk staff. The location was great and walking distance to the Kia Center and so many restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great too. The one hiccup that made it 4 out of 5 stars is the walls were pretty thin because we could hear traffic all night and then at 7am on a Saturday there was loud banging outside which I am not sure what that was- may not be the fault of the hotel. Other than that it was a great overall stay.
