Overall, it's good. I liked that it provides a stove and a pan, which are important for us to cook for our picky kids. It doesn’t offer airport pick-up or transportation, but that’s okay because it’s easy to get an Uber. There is transportation to and from Disney World, but not very frequently (1–3 times a day, depending on the theme park). When we tried to book the shuttle the day before visiting Magic Kingdom, there were no spots left, so I suggest booking as early as possible. The shuttle to Disney is easy to find, as it is located next to our hotel, Homewood Suites by Hilton. However, keep in mind where the driver drops you off because that’s where you need to board the return bus. There are no instructions or signs at all. There is a Target supermarket nearby, so we could buy our own necessities. I also loved the burger shop Five Guys, which is nearby—super delicious burgers, French fries, and milkshakes! The only thing I was not satisfied with was the breakfast. The eggs provided were egg patties with no option for egg whites only, and they didn’t taste good. I also expected more greens and fruits, but there were only bananas and oranges. However, the self-service Mickey waffles and scones were nice. There are coin-operated washers and dryers in the gym, and detergent is available at the hotel market, which is convenient. Next time I visit Orlando, I won’t choose this hotel because of the breakfast. I may also opt for a hotel inside Disney World to save money and e

We really enjoyed our stay at home two suites, the parking on night one was kind of a nightmare because we got in extremely late. We had to park two motels over, but after that getting to the lot at a reasonable time made parking a lot more accessible, the staff was super friendly. The breakfast each morning was fresh good and had a great variety of foods got pretty packed if you went after 7 AM as there were a lot of families heading out to the parks

Just stayed for a week at this property. The pool is amazing and heated. My kids had a blast at the pool. It’s open 9am-10pm which is nice. There is a target in walking distance where we walked and got some things for the room. The hotel was very clean had many amenities & staff was great. The breakfast was good too - a good variety. It was definitely worth it for the reasonable price we paid. Parking is $20 a night though which we were surprised with when we got there. Other then that we enjoyed our stay !

Have stayed at this property before. We never spend much time at the hotel but we LOVE this hotel. Always affordable and incredibly easy to get to and from Walt Disney World Resort. The area around the property has everything one might need on a vacation. The rooms are clean and we love the free breakfast to fuel up before going to the parks. I highly recommend staying here if you want an affordable alternative to the Disney World Restorts.

Adjacent to another company owned hotel which uses the same pool. Pool is heated with a water slide. Towels are poolside. Restroom close by. Very nice! Able to use combined outdoor areas with fire pits and grills. Can borrow grill utensils at the desk. Full size fridge in room as well as a dishwasher. Breakfasts are amazing! Huge selection to choose from. Extra bedding for the pull-out couch in our room. Shades really darken the room at night. Can see fireworks from the parking lot or from one side of the building from the rooms. They began at 8. Lots of families stay here as the entrance to Disney is not far from the location. Coffee, tea and cocoa out 24/7 for free. Apples at the desk as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plan to go back. Highly recommend.

I WAS QUOTED $465.26. I WAS CHARGED $557.86. CAN I GET REIMBURSED THE $92.60 I WAS OVERCHARGED??? The room was fine. We only stayed two nights. We did not qualify for maid service as it was only every other day. Home2Home seems to do the bare minimum when it comes to breakfast. The coffee was awful. The waffles passed after using enough high fructose corn syrup. Don't bother calling that bacon. You're wasting your money even putting it out. Same with the eggs(?) or whatever that was. The best part about your hotel was Kim who checked us in. Very nice, very professional. Always had a smile even at the end of the day when I needed more towels. The A/C worked well. The shower was painful. Having a slight sunburn the the was unbearable. No way to get warm water without intense pressure. Cold shower normal pressure.
