I slept so well at this property. the sheets were clean, comfortable, and it felt very quiet. there was a large tv screen so we fell asleep watching a movie. it was a really relaxing stay.

Very nice hotel. Smells amazing! Everyone was very nice. Pool bar was a plus. Was surprised of how cold the pool was for such a nice place but the kids still enjoyed it.

Marriott wasn't Great

The rooms are on the smaller side and the bed not super comfortable. Sheets were rough. We ate dinner on site and it was overpriced for the portions. We paid $46 for seabass and the portion was so small my husband shared half my hamburger to feel full. At first i ordered a turkey club which was advertised as "house roasted turkey breast" and it came out with standard deli sliced meat. Coffee in the room was terrible. On the plus side it is extremely convenient to the airport and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hop, skip and a jump from the airport. All the pilots and flight crew were staying at this hotel and they know hotels! Room was clean. Friendly check in and good food.

EXCELLENT from start to finish!

Excellent service from the moment we drove up to the hotel in our car! The valet/bellman was very welcoming and friendly -- and his demeanor was genuine. The young woman at check-in was equally professional, welcoming, and accommodating. We had dinner at the tavern, and the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The shuttle driver who drove us to the airport was also terrific. What a refreshing, pleasant experience from start to finish!

We won’t be back!!

We checked in and the staffer, who was speaking very quietly, as she informed us about the details of our stay. We were confused by the direction she gave us about parking, but, after asking for clarification, it took 3 times for the message to be heard. She really should speak louder. We got to our room, and it was disappointing. I didn’t expect to have such a dismal view, and was surprised that there wasn’t a pull out couch, as I had booked, in my reservation. Instead, she indicated that I had opted for a roll in shower, which we didn’t need. We went out to the pool area to have a drink, and perhaps dinner. The whole pool area was cluttered with dirty dishes, some loaded with uneaten food. The bartender was overwhelmed, of course. The flip-side, is our dinner, at the restaurant was delicious. Paying $24 for parking was an unexpected fee, which burned a bit more, due to the high cost of gas, we paid, near the airport. Won’t be flying into MCO again.
