The room smelled horrible. The beds made us itchy, causing us to not sleep properly, the door jams and edges around the room were filthy and moldy, the bath tub was absolutely disgusting!!! I took pictures of it all. The desk and tv were dusty. Like it has sat unoccupied for a long time. Ive never stayed at a hotel that the sheets didnt smell like bleach or fresh. The pulliws, sheets, and blankets were not fresh and smelled very stale. If it wasnt for the fact I had a 3 yr old with me and it was late, I wouldve left. I will never use Quality Inn again.

We accidentally booked the wrong day for exactly one week later. We booked the hotel after we called them and asked if an early checkout was available, thus they knew we were coming in that day. When we showed up an hour later, they would not transfer the booking and forced us to forfeit the future booking fee. The manager said I should have booked directly with Quality Inn/Choice Hotels instead of Hotels.com as “They hate Hotels.com and won’t make any concessions for Hotels.com clients”. The booking rate thru Hoteks.com was $25 lower. Instead of arguing, I went ahead and booked a night, directly with the front desk manager and requested a refund. Quality Inn management at this location and choice hotels, along with the possibility of hotels.com are not refunding the unused night. Which again, was a week later, and thus the room went unused. This is extremely poor customer service and I assure you, I will not be staying at quality Inn any longer. It’s also makes me question hotels.com although they have been extremely good in the past.

The front desk clerk shea, selected terrible room & location for my stay, the hotel breakfast was horrible, dry eggs, no bengals, no fresh fruits. Room had roaches in it & was located next to a maintenance room & the employees were in & out all day loud noise, & the hotel charged a $100 deposit to dyss as y there. My stay at the quality inn hotel airport orlando Florida was very bad experience & I don’t want to stay there ever again.

Needs to be updated or torn down

It really is bad to have this hotel in operation in Orlando Florida. People shoild not be duped into thinking they have a decent place to lay their heads...this is not that.
