When we arrived for breakfast, there was hardly anything left, even though we were still within the designated breakfast hours. The manager wasn't there to resolve the situation, and nobody did anything.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely small, far smaller than expected, and made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the room was very loud due to its location right next to a major highway, making it difficult to rest or sleep at night. I brought this issue to the front desk, and the staff acknowledged the inconvenience and offered me a special nightly rate as compensation. Unfortunately, this promised rate was never applied or honored, which was frustrating and unprofessional. While the staff was polite, failing to follow through on what was offered significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend staying here if you value comfort, quiet, and reliable customer service. Paola at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I request to speak to a manger Ben and Kevin and never got a call from any of them. Paola all it said "sorry but can not help" What the other staff offer you is not good because he is a new employee. Bad excuse.

The room was beat-up, dirty and disgusting. The sink faucet was broken and the sink had black mold around the overflow. The bed frame was missing a slat and my husband sat on the corner of the bed the mattress caved in and he fell on the floor. The walls and door were beat up. I can go on...
