Rm 227… Had to unclog tub drain. Fridge door loose. Front door difficult to open, door gets stuck. Mold on tub caulk and sink faucet. Floor by bathroom is lumpy, vinyl placed over defective subfloor, etc. Breakfast 😞!

Highly advise against staying here. When walking in, all glass surfaces were covered in marks like fingerprints, floors were dirty and lobby was not like the pictures made it look. We get into the room and it smells musty and feels sticky. There was a dead bug on one of the pillows. We immediately left and planned to just go back when we were ready to sleep. When we returned we asked for new pillowcases and headed to the room. My husband turned on the ac and the room began to smell even worse. I noticed mold in the ac vents and a lot of it. I went to use the restroom and there were two cockroaches crawling around! I immediately told my husband that was it and we were leaving. When I told the front desk, they didn’t even apologize or seem to care. They simply took my room key and said to call Expedia for my refund. Expedia handled the situation promptly and with professionalism. I was extremely pleased with how helpful the rep was that I spoke to. Very thankful that they ensured I received my full refund. I wish I took more pictures but once I saw the cockroach, I wasn’t going to stay any longer.

Stunning property. All remodeled, lean, smelling so good. The decoration on point. The front desk super helpful and polite. The water hot, nice towels, the air conditioner super. Overall, 20 out of 10. 100% recommended.
