Honestly, this was a disappointing Springhill Suites. It looked tired—wasn’t sure if the room was clean or just needed something else. No lotion in the room. Sheets were not soft. Walls were thin and you could hear the children in a nearby room at midnight—sounded like they were coming through the wall. Would not stay again. The airport shuttle was excellent.

I am a Bonvoy member, and I typically enjoy staying at Springhill Suites when traveling for work. Unfortunately, when we arrived at this location, we were informed that there was a parking fee, which would need to paid by scanning a code. As a result, I spent over 10-15 minutes in my car, after midnight, filling out an extensive online form to get our car registered - frustrating, to say the least! Then, when I made it to our room, I came to find out that we were not given the king suite that we had booked. Rather, we got a room with 2 double beds. It was late, and my wife had already started unpacking, so we didn’t bother with it. Lastly, the outlet hidden behind the nightstand next to the bed didn’t work, so no way to plug our phones in next to us. The only redeeming part of our stay, was the breakfast, which was good. Will never stay here again.

Room was very clean. Hallways were extremely hot. I don't know if AC was not working or none at all. Breakfast was ok. Not enough fruit. We did not get any when we got down to breakfast

I didn’t like the TV sitting on the dresser and the location. The room has 2 queen beds, however the TV was located at the foot of one of the beds instead of being installed at the foot of the beds on the wall between the two beds. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
