Recently updated Emerald Isle 1104, in the heart of Pensacola Beach! 1104 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the Beach that has a Million Dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 1104 is on the 11th floor offering a very short walk across to the beach. This unit gives you plenty of room for a family or couples retreat. It features a private Gulf front balcony to relax and soak in the sunshine with your morning beverage and evening dinner. The balcony has access to the living room and master suite and a bright modern kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials to ensure you can have home- cooked goodness even on vacation.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, accented back splash with under cabinets lighting. The eat at bar allows the whole family to enjoy mealtime together. The master bathroom has a beautiful new remodeled walk-in tile shower with a Rainforest shower head, including a handheld anti slip shower wand and relaxing seating bench The bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV and newly replaced ceiling fan with remote.

The guest bedroom has a spacious queen bed, large flat screen TV, and new ceiling fan with remote. A cozy newly purchased sleeper sofa can be found in the living for extra guests. The living/dining room has recently elevated new furnishings, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, 6 person dining room table and buffet. Unit 1104 is a spectacular part of the Pensacola Beach fun experience! Property has 2 pools, hot tub and fitness room overlooking the Gulf. There is on-site security, parking and secure entry gate. Property is within walking distance, and Seasonal free trolly rides to restaurants and shops. Come experience one of the best soft quartz sandy beaches in Florida!

The complex is very nice. The fact that you have to use a code everytime you come in a door dissatisfting! The code never works, they change them and dont tell you. Otherwise the place is nice. Could use a tiki bar and grill!

Great stay at emerald isle

Perfect vacation

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, dishes, glassware. Washer and dryer in the room helped so much. The pool and hot tub were kept clean with plenty of chairs. Security on site with gated entryway. The condo is within walking distance of several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the near future.

Great beach getaway

Our family of 5 stayed here in late March and loved every minute! The property was clean and bright and very comfortable. Lots of closet and drawer space for clothes and suitcases. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The washer and dryer in the unit was so handy and we loved having a door code on the front door instead of having to use a physical key. So handy! Even though the unit is near the elevators, the noise did not carry into the condo. The extra sheets, blankets and pillows were a nice touch. The two pools and hot tub were always clean and enjoyed by our kids. We loved the easy access to the beach and little restaurants across the street. Perfect condo for our family of 5!

Perfect honeymoon!

This condo was perfect for our honeymoon! Beautiful, decorated tastefully and modern. Has everything you need, and the view is breathtaking. Owners/managers communicated well before, during, and after, and responded promptly to our question re: access codes. Definitely will be returning next year!

Awesome Emerald Isle Unit

We just returned from our stay at this Emerald Isle unit and couldn't have asked for a better experience. My personal favorite is the spectacular view of the beach and Gulf from the living room, master bedroom and balcony! But everything else was also wonderful. The unit was clean and conveniently located right by the elevator (great plus). Communication from the property manager was also much appreciated to make our check-in and check-out as smooth as possible. Only "drawbacks" for us were the check-in and check-out times and no beach amenities (like chairs or umbrellas) - but those terms are very clearly communicated from the beginning of the process so not a surprise and the property manager was very good about letting us know as soon as the unit was ready. Thanks so much to owners and property manager for having us! We would love to return to this unit again - the sooner the better :-)

Nice condo and complex

We liked the condo unit and the complex (Emerald Isle). Condo is just as described. Furniture is very comfortable. Condo was very clean. Communication with management was very good. Patio furniture is better than most. Seemed to have everything needed even if you cooked. Main bath is on the smaller size but has been updated and the shower is fabulous (rain head shower with handheld also). At first, putting in 6 digit security codes at gate, front door, door from beach, door from pool, etc. was annoying but since you do it so often, it got easier and I appreciated the extra security. I would definitely stay here again.

A Great Week at Emerald Isle

This is a lovely 2 bed/2 bath unit with a typically gorgeous view of the Gulf. Walking to restaurants, walking the beach, lounging at the pool or soaking up the sun and surf, it's hard to go wrong with Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach. This unit has a very well-stocked kitchen (the knives are a little dull), comfortable furniture and a perfectly comfy king-sized bed in the master. The entire place was clean, and we didn't have a single complaint or concern during our entire stay. The balcony furniture is so nice (although, it would be even nicer if a couple of chairs were bar-height, so that the railing isn't in line of sight while out there). But the sounds of the surf, and the lack of sounds from the busy pool (11 floors up has benefits!) made standing up to get an unrestricted view manageable! We are so glad for the week we spent in 1104!!
