Fantastic stay. This wasour second time staying at Notary. We had an Executive Suite on the corner facing City Hall. Incredible view of Philadelphias Christmas Village from our room which has two windows facing in that direction. Very qick check-in, incredibly clean Suites and amazing staff on hand to help us with anything we may need. Special thank you goes out to Clint from Sabroso & Sorbo who was more than accommodating to my family and I. Thank you Notary Hotel and Thank you Clint!

The room was good, we were locked out the first night and maintenance had to drill the door open because they could not get it open. While he was working on the door we slept in the hallway. About midnight they got us I to a different room. The room was a down graded room than what i paid for. The next day we were able to move to a city facing room but still not as nice. I loved the hotel and the staff was very nice but im disappointed about the experience and moving rooms.

We werent able to use your valet parking due to the irish dance competition. We had to drive around to find a public parking. It cost us double the price parking in a public parking. If a staff would have given us a heads up about the parking situation, we would have been ok with this but since noone had informed us, we are not at sall thrilled. Furthermore, the valet staff did not emphatize with how we felt at that moment. We drove 10 hours to get to your place and for us to not able to valet our car was unacceptable.

The room and common areas were clean, but there was nothing intimate or warm about the decor and common areas. There is no restaurant in the hotel, while the common areas are huge. The Christmas decoration was a mish-mash as well. It is not a cozy hotel, but it is in a good location and the staff is very friendly.
