I love that it was next to a river. There is a nice patio outside near the pool where you can just relax with the sounds of nature. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great place.

Not the last time staying here…

From the friendly, helpful gentleman at check-in to the big, bright, shining smile of the young lady at checkout, everything we encountered was fantastic. The room was very spacious and CLEAN. The view of the Little Pigeon River was serene and relaxing with the geese and ducks playing and splashing in the water. The property was convenient to everything without being on “the strip” leaving you feeling strangled by traffic and other properties and businesses. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Enough options to suit myself, my daughter, and my 18-month old grandson. Everything was delicious. We will be going back in a few months are there’s no doubt where we’ll be staying. We just may have found “Our place.”

2 trip here and it was perfect as always!

Everything was amazing as usual! Everything about the stay was perfect, the staff was friendly, housekeeping was prompt, the room was super clean and comfortable. This was my second year staying at Twin Mountain and I can promise you, I’ll be back again next year!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge! Will definitely stay again. There was construction outside the balcony. Sounded like someone was landing a plane, but we couldn't hear it until the door was opened. That was great and you didn't hear anyone walking around or in the next rooms! The room was spacious and the layout was very nice.

Perfect weekend.. Twin Mountains is great! Staff was friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable. It's probably the busiest weekend of the year, 2025 Rod and Custom car show. The hotel is located 1 block off 441, making it easy to take an alternate route to get around the crazy traffic!! We took our dog Opie, who is a 170 lb Mastiff. There were a lot of places to walk him. The room was big. Opie enjoyed the balcony over the creek and watching the critters, Mallard Ducks, Woodchucks, and Geese. We did as well. This will be our go-to place for Pigeon Forge.

Great place to stay if you have your puppers. Did I say great!! Great view for animal viewing. Slept good, decent breakfast. But who cares when you get to have your dogs with you
