This has got to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at while in pigeon forge. The staff was super friendly. It was quieter than any other place, no doors being slammed couldn’t hear people going by your room. Definitely will be back. Thank you for a quiet, and relaxing weekend

We are doing a USA roadtrip, and have stayed in about 15 hotels thus far. While there have been several that I would stay at again, I found myself saying it out loud to the front desk staff. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond and their customer service skills were exceptional! The property was amazingly pristine. The meals in the morning were delicious (and the coffee was great!), and seemed to reflect the fact that we are in the south. Our room was beautiful and HUGE! We even had a soaking tub and fireplace, and the view from our balcony was a river where we enjoyed watching the ducks, geese and cranes. There were many kinds of birds that were around, and it was just so peaceful! We were very very happy we stayed here!

We have stayed at this location twice now. This place and it's staff are excellent. We accidentally left our son's Nintendo switch and numerous games in the room, they called us to inform us that they took it to the front desk for us. I would highly recommend!!

A hidden gem

This hotel is a hidden gem. Everyone was so friendly, especially the women in the morning at breakfast. The minute you walk in, it smells clean. The room was perfect with a nice gas fireplace. We are definitely staying again.

My husband and I had a really great stay here! The room was extremely clean. Even ran into them mopping the elevator and breezeway. The patio was nice. The staff was nice. Breakfast was your basic continental. The breakfast attendant was very nice with a welcoming smile. The man that checked us in was also pleasant. It’s near everything, but kind of at the end so it’s quiet. You could still walk to a few places to eat if you needed to though. The fireplace was nice in the room. Only complaint was the shower had a squealing noise. Kind of annoying, but that’s a first world problem.
