Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally share concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel. My wife and I traveled from New Jersey to Pennsylvania to celebrate our 12-year wedding anniversary on Tuesday, January 14, 2026, and unfortunately, several issues impacted what was meant to be a special getaway.
On our first evening (Monday), we discovered that the room phone was not working, requiring me to go down to the front desk for assistance. During that visit, I was informed that although the television displayed streaming apps, guests were unable to log in, leaving us with only basic cable. As a result, my wife and I spent three nights watching Netflix and Amazon Prime on her laptop, which was disappointing for a hotel stay.
That same evening, we went swimming, but kept it short because the pool signage stated it closed at 9:00 PM. The following night (Tuesday), we returned to the hotel around 9:30 PM and heard children using the pool. When I asked staff about this, I was told the pool actually closes at 11:00 PM and the sign had not been updated. Learning this after missing out the night before was very frustrating.
Additionally, on the morning of checkout, the parking lot was extremely hazardous due to black ice, with no visible salt or treatment applied. My wife and I both nearly fell several times while loading our vehicle, which was concerning from a safety standpoint.
