We went to celebrate our anniversary and they did nothing for us, there was no extra touch from them to make a special stay for us. Only at the end because I told them they brought a cake. The staff seem very new and the service of them was not to the standards of Burj Al Arab, at the reception specially they seem completely inexperienced

This is our second stay at the Burj and it is amazing every time! Check in is fast and efficient, rooms are spacious clean with great amenities. Great butler service, room service is quick and delicious. Breakfast is great and service is top notch.

We had a super relaxing stay. We were looked after superbly by all staff bar one. She barge in the lift and went up despite our lift travelling downwards. The hotel is now 20 years old and shows in some places but this did not detract from the opulence and service with a smile. The bedding and bed was pure luxury. Looking forward to returning!
