Great staff with a great complex

The room was a little dated, expensive wifi in the room but it is in all public areas, waiting and bar staff are fantastic, extremely polite, and it's a lovely complex, everything is very clean around the buildings

My Review

The hotel is located near the main road and is a big building with many floors. The backside locates the swimming pool area. The breakfast is not of very good quality. The coffee machine though is good but at sharp 10 in the morning, the stuff has instructions to close it down immediately. WIFI is available only at reception area and pool area and costs a lot. It is maintained by external company and you can use only one accessing device per account. So if you have phone and tablet you need to pay twice the horrible amount. There is no safe in the rooms, but only at the reception which is charged. We had a problem with the fridge, but it was fixed after we complained. there is not a lot to do in the area. There are restaurants located nearby, but tourist ones are to be avoided. Good food can be found at nearby Chinese restaurant. Go for local restaurants (the ones that do not have displayed huge photos of their meals). This side of the isle is windy. You can take the bus and go into the city. Opposite the casino at beach side is a good location to swim when it's windy.

Wir waren das Westermann visieren hotel. Waren sehr positiv ĂŒberrascht. Sehr nettes Personal. Hatte glutenfreie Speisen zur VerfĂŒgung. Der poolbereich und das abend Programm ist super. Die kleinen Apartments sind renoviert worden. Sehr schöne neue Zimmer mit ac und Balkon. Das Hotel ist Strandnah. Ein Supermarkt und das Nachtleben ist auch in fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lediglich das allmorgendliche aufwecken durch den roomservice und der schlechte langsame WLAN Empfang kann ich bemĂ€ngeln.

Trevligt, lugnt hotell

Personalen var trevlig och hjÀlpsam. Bra frukost och övrigt utbud pÄ hotellet. Hotellet ligger lite avskilt vilket vi trivdes med, det tar ca fem minuter att gÄ till stranden och till shopping och restauranggatan. Hade varit önskvÀrt med lÀngre öppettider för poolen dÄ den stÀngdes kl 19.00. Wi-fi pÄ hotellet fungerade inte alltid. Vi Àr jÀttenöjda med vÄr vistelse och rekommenderar detta hotell!

Var stort sett fornÞyd. Fint bassengomrÄde, gode priser i bar og restaurant. Det var ogsÄ litt langt til matbutikk. LÄ litt "utenfor byomrÄde." Men det er for dÄrlig Ä si at man har fri Wi-Fi, nÄr den ikke virker/virker svÊrt dÄrlig. Da er det mer realt Ä si at man ikke har! Enkelte er faktisk avhengig av Ä arbeide litt i ferien!

Echte Griekse sfeer

We kregen vorig jaar de tip van een inwoner van Ialyssos om eens bij Villas Duc te gaan kijken. Tijdens ons verblijf vorig jaar in een ander appartementcomplex namen we een kijkje, en waren zeer onder de indruk van dit prachtige kleinschalige complex. Reden voor ons om dit jaar een appartement te boeken bij Villas Duc. We hebben hier een fantastische tijd gehad. Op en top vriendelijkheid, echte Griekse sfeer, gezelligheid, gemoedelijkheid, zeer keurige en netjes ingerichte appartementen, prachtige binnentuin met creatief vormgegeven zwembad, en zeer servicegericht. Reden voor ons om volgend jaar zeker weer terug te gaan naar Villas Duc.

Supert hotell !!

Vi var 5 venninner som bodde her i en uke og vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold helt fra vi sjekket inn. Veldig flott basseng/bar omrÄde med heller, plen, busker og trÊr. Servicen pÄ dette hotellet er helt unik og mÄ vÊre noe av det beste jeg har fÄtt i Hellas. Kan ikke si noe annet enn at vi storkoste oss og kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang.

Om man tycker om att vÀnta!

Åkte med 3 vĂ€nner, valde detta hotell dĂ„ det skulle vara nĂ€ra till Rhodos stad, stod pĂ„ Expedia att det skulle vara 5 km men det var betydligt lĂ€ngre, stĂ„r att hotellet ska ha ett gym, men det gymmet lĂ„g ungefĂ€r 500 m bort, plus att det KOSTADE att trĂ€na nĂ€r det stĂ„r att det Ă€r hotellets faciliteter. Vi fick vĂ€nta ungefĂ€r 45 minuter pĂ„ en kycklingpizza som var sĂ„ liten att den fĂ„r plats i en frukosttallrik, tog typ kanske 20-25 minuter innan servitriserna kom med menyn sĂ„ man kunde bestĂ€lla, ibland var det sĂ„ att man var tvungen att kalla pĂ„ dom, vad jag vet sĂ„ vĂ€ntar servitisern kanske 5 minuter sĂ„ man hinner sĂ€tta sig ned och pusta ut, men nej dĂ„ hĂ€r tog det nĂ€stan en halvtimme, vissa servitriser antecknar det man bestĂ€llde men vissa valde att skippa det, och resultatet blev dĂ„ att bestĂ€llningen blev fel. Hittade hĂ„r i maten, maten(de gĂ„nger vi tog pizza) blev brĂ€nd dĂ„ och dĂ„. Vi fick klagomĂ„l om att vi skulle ha fört ovĂ€sen, klagomĂ„let fick vi nĂ€st sista dagen dĂ„ det var andra dagar dĂ„ vi gjorde mer ljud, och nĂ€r vi vĂ€l skulle klaga sĂ„ fick vi svaret"Ja men bara för de har klagat sĂ„ behöver ni inte göra det". Helt enkelt en besvikelse, rekommenderar det inte för ungdomar, men inte för familjer heller, helt opassande och det ligger pĂ„ ett sĂ„ dĂ„ligt stĂ€lle, massa gatuhundar och deras sĂ„ kallade strand Ă€r inte 10/10 direkt. Plus hela Rhodos Ă€r en besvikelse, allt frĂ„n party till sevĂ€rdheter till service. Gör inte misstaget genom att boka en vistelse i detta hotell.

Kanonhotell, vi bokade fler nÀtter. Trevligt familjÀrt med skönt poolomrÄde. 150m till stranden. Bra frukost bar vid poolen Lunch och middag kan fÄs. SmÄ lÀgenheter med kokvrÄ för den som vill fixa sjÀlv. Bussen till stan 200m bort.

Stille og roligt familiehotel

Vi har vÊret 10 dage pÄ Summerland Rhodos. Hotellet er et lille skÞnt hotel for de familier der har mod pÄ at komme lidt omkring pÄ egen hÄnd. Det er hverken stort,fint eller prÊngende men har de ting der skal til for at opholde sig et godt og centralt sted i forhold til resten af Þen. Vi var en del rundt pÄ egen hÄnd bÄde med lokale busser og i lejet bil, og da vi har store bÞrn var det heller ikke noget problem at hotellet lÄ en lille halv times gang fra centrum af Ialysos. Personalet er positive og hjÊlper, men langt fra nÊrgÄende. Dejligt lille hyggeligt hotel.
