Great Property with One Major Issue

I will start with the bad part of our stay.....we checked in for our two night stay around 10pm and discovered the room reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. This was "take only what you need and leave the rest in the car" level bad. So bad that the room should have never been made available to guests (particularly to someone who made a reservation weeks ago). The good.....the desk clerk worked until 12:30am trying to find an alternative even going so far as to call the owner, but since it was so late there were no other options on property but by 10am the next day they had another room ready for us to move into. Otherwise, a good location convenient to downtown and Kings Dominion relatively well maintained.
