The check in guy was super friendly and helpful. Houses were clean. We would have liked to stay longer. I only chose to stay hete because they had a free shuttle to the airport. We had an early flight, so we needed a place with a shuttle. After the shuttle driver dropped us off at the airport, he made us pay him $60. It was such a shock. We reserved through Expedia. Its the only reason I am only giving 3 stars.

We stayed here as a group for a local sporting event. Very very clean, good amenities - local shop, good restaurant and takeaway food, bar. The swimming pool was big and clean. Lots of sun beds available. Football pitches around the back for kids to play on. Some of the accommodation had been very recently upgraded, I think we must have been the first in our bungalow. If needed you can request housekeeping for a freshen up each day. Taxis are expensive and not a lot is walkable, there is a bus to the metro nearby but would recommend a car. About 40 euro taxi from the airport. Recommend pre booking the bus from the airport as taxis in Fumincino about 1 hour wait. As someone who doesn’t do these kinds of holidays - it was a very pleasant surprise

Tiny House, Big Memories – With a Few Small Snags

We had a great stay with my wife and two young children. We stayed in one of the tiny houses, and it was surprisingly spacious, private, and very comfortable. The property itself was large and had lots of activities to enjoy. The highlight for us was definitely the water park—our kids absolutely loved it! We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site market and restaurant. The location was great too—only about 25 minutes by bus and train to reach the main tourist attractions. That said, we did encounter a couple of issues. There was a noticeable propane smell near our tiny house. When we brought it up with staff, they told us it wasn't coming from our unit and didn’t follow up, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the smell wasn’t inside our home, but it made sitting outside less pleasant. Another downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in the tiny house. We were told Wi-Fi is only available in community areas, which wasn’t ideal when trying to plan our day or stay connected. Overall, we had a positive experience, especially for a family trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement in communication and amenities.

We had booked a stay in superior bungalow but decided to move on and cut our stay short here. The location for the site is nice and well kept. Lots of trees, swimming pools, stuff for kids etc. Had to queue for a while to check in as it’s a very busy site. Lady at check in desk was friendly. Our superior bungalow was smaller than expected but the bedding and bathrooms were clean. We had rather an influx of ants all over, especially in the kitchen. As instructed tried to use the WhatsApp to report an issue - this failed. Tried to call the reception, answered heard talking then hung up. So the ants were our ‘pets’ for a couple of nights. This and as we thought one full day was enough after visiting Rome we did some hotel juggling and left early to go to our next destination.

Excellent place and location, with everything we needed. Only 2 bad issues; 1-Some of the doors (entrance door, bathroom, bedroom) were missing screws in the door knobs and did not close properly. 2-We had several issues with the dryers at the laundromat. Did not dry the clothes very good, we spent 40 Euros in something that should not have taken more than 10 Euros, the clothes were still not dry, and we had to finish drying them at the room.
