Great location just off I-5. Friendly staff, easy check in, small pool and hot tub was fun with the family.
Ants on the pool deck were biting me while enjoying the hot tub. The furniture in room was very old and worn making it feel very run down.
Funky smell in the room. The A/C was not working correctly and left us sweating in the night. No hot water for the shower in the morning.
I expected more from Hampton Inn, especially for the price.
The Hilton Garden Inn just up the road is a much better choice at the same price point as we have stayed there a few times also.
Overall, great stay. Property has EV charging spots and digital key through the Hilton app, so even though we got there around 4am, we could go straight to the room using the app. Safe, friendly staff.
I usually like to check mattresses and some foam was ripped maybe from a previous guest and the curtains had some holes. Definitely has seen better days.
But overall good stay, just dated.
Upon arriving at room, i noticed the trash bins already had garbage in them. The tissue paper box at bathroom sink was already at blue tissues indicating end of box. A few tissues later, it was empty. Bathroom also had end of roll toilet paper. Pull out sofa bed had dirty sheets and crumbs. Light close to A/C unit when turned on had flickering of the light so it was unusable. Window right above A/C unit had broken parts from window lock. For the price this hotel currently rents and for having the Hampton Inn and Hilton name, it was very under the standards it should be. I would not recommend nor return to this hotel ever again.
4th visit to this hotel and each visit is consistently great customer service and the rooms are always clean.
My partner loves the breakfast and each stay he makes some kind of breakfast sandwich that he enjoys. I do wish they had more herbal teas but other than that, I would recommend this hotel.
I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. When I arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation in the system. Even after I showed my confirmation email, she asked me to call Hotels.com myself so my name would “appear” on her screen. Only after the third‑party agent fixed the issue was I able to check in.
What disappointed me most was the lack of reassurance. A simple, “These glitches happen—let me call our support line and sort it out for you” would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt I had to do all the troubleshooting on my own after a long day of travel.
Once checked in, the stay itself was fine, but the stressful check‑in experience set a poor tone. I hope management trains staff to handle reservation hiccups more proactively and to keep guests at ease while they resolve technical problems.
check-in was easy. love that they have ev chargers on site. it's a must have these days. bed was comfy enough. i didn't interact much with the staff beside the receptionist at the front desk. my overall rating was 4 stars due to the lack of closet, there was none.
Friendly staff made checking in quick and easy. My room was clean and spacious. They had a working spa that I enjoyed after a long day at work. I was happy to find they had onsite laundry, so I was able to wash some clothes. While I waited in my room, I was able to use my Netflix account on the tv. Overall a nice stay for the night.
The staff was very friendly and professional, and made me feel at ease. The room was beautiful and very well maintained. It was a really nice stay and a great experience overall
