From the women checking us in to checkout we were treated first class. We told the women at the counter we were celebrating our anniversary and she upgraded our room to a king suite. All staff was helpful and had smiles on their faces. Food on property was delicious. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

I just stayed at this property on Saturday. The pool was dirty, not clean at all. The wait staff at the pool bar was rude, my husband and I waited to order and we were ignored, never even acknowledged. The sheets on the bed were very uncomfortable - felt so stiff. I would never stay here again.

Staff didn’t seem to care there was someone smoking on the balcony causing our room to smell like cigarettes, and for it being a "suite" seemed like a regular room with a regular balcony like everyone else’s.
