The room was beautifully cleaned and furnished. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Price was great and location was perfect!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Redwood city. We will definitely stay here again!

An extra $200 hold was immediately put on our card on top of the room charge. The area ia not an ideal area. The back door of the hotel was frequently left open. As soon as we got to the 3rd floor, you could smell marijuana very strong. When we went into the room, the bench fabric was peeling off. There was also water damage by the window.

Checking in was really easy even though we came in really late in the morning the room was nice and had fridge and microwave and a welcome sign on table with room service and robot to bring snacks if you wanted we did not use that as vending machine was also walking distance from room. Very nice staff and breakfast was very good at different selections for everyone. All staff was nice.
