Awesome hotel, good location. Only annoyance was the stairs and two door entry and exit from car park. Make its difficult if you have a bit of luggage

Great check in experience, although they gave me a parking pass that expired before my checkout. And getting stuck at the parking gate was quite an annoying experience of uphill backing up, when the call button didn’t work. Amazing view, Good fitness center / gym. Convenient to Whole Foods. Overall, good stay.

Be careful when booking here; I always give at least 4 stars, but when I booked a premium room and requested a "quiet room' they responded they would make a note. They first gave me a room on Van Ness (a busy street), but I told them I had requested a room in back; they put me right next behind elevator banks (08 and 09 rooms) and I heard elevator shaft all night. like being next to a highway.

The only thing missing were diet soda options at the Cafe as well as in the vending machines, But I noticed it throughout the entire city, so it may just be the market norms in the area. Some Diet Mountain Dew would have been great during our stay though.

Decent place to stay w family close to everything

The hotel is clean a lot of activity going on, but the breakfast was definitely overpriced and the pastries were just not great. The location is the reason why we stayed there. They weren’t too many homeless people around the area, but they were still out there.

We like that breakfast was offered, and that it was easy parking, even though these are extras we were willing to pay and we feel like this is the hotel that we want to come to again when we visit San Francisco and our housekeeper was very helpful and she cleaned our room very nicely
