The room is next to one of the elevator shafts so the noise of the elevators is quite loud. Although they turn off the exterior elevators at 11:00, the center elevator is just as loud. There isn’t much that can be done about that, I suppose. Anyway, I didn’t get much sleep the first night, it wasn’t possible to request another room because of my schedule that weekend (Jan 30 and 31). I wore earplugs the second night. The room/bathroom was very clean. The air from the heater had a very dusty smell and the carpet had quite a few stains, spot cleaning should probably have been done. The issue that bothered me the most was the elevator noise, I had made the reservation a month earlier and am disappointed with the room assignment, the staff seem to be aware of the noise issue, when I received the key cards, the staff person handed them to me knowing I would be in a poor location.
