Wonderful place! Every time I come to San Francisco, I love staying here. All the workers are kind and helpful. The location is good too. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. My room had a great view. And, most important for me, the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and shower water pressure works great. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends.

For the price I paid .. I was shocked we paid for our nights here and additional we were charged for parking . Makes no sense . We are staying at the property why in the world would u charged so much for parking ? Especially handicapped parking .

We enjoyed corner room with panoramic views. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom not totally remodeled, but “refreshed” and somewhat renovated and has all you might need at this price hotel. I did see people enjoy pool area and gym. Overall very convenient hotel for few day stay in SF.
