We enjoyed the room and the staff were quite helpful. Having to go from the 14th floor to the lower lobby level to use a microwave and to a different floor yet to get non-tap water were less than wonderful. Wasn't expecting a full onsite breakfast but not everyone cares to go to Starbucks or a local donut shop. Convenient location, though, and we had a fine stay all in all.
