We love this place and we will return. The staffs were very nice and professional. The room was clean and the area is very convenient to BART or bus station. It’s right next to Chinatown and a short walk to Financial District.

Spotless Hotel in a Perfect Location Near Chinatow

Very clean and well-maintained hotel with an excellent locationץ Close to the city center and just steps away from the entrance to Chinatown. The staff was friendly, and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended for travelers who want to be close to the city’s main attractions.

The hotel is clean and no frills. But the reviews I’d read had touted it as a boutique hotel with great linens. The hotel was a bit run-down, and the towels were those scratchy white towels you get at the gym. The elevators have brass panels that are covered in fingerprints. Just little things that could be improved to make the overall feel nicer.

A Sweet Hotel

This is a sweet hotel. Clean, environmentally friendly, and the rooftop terrace was lovely. Our only complaints were that the breakfast was overpriced so we didn't use it, and our room had no view at all (our room literally looked out on a wall--but maybe that was why the price was so reasonable?).

I loved the stay! If theres anything that couldve made it better it would be comfier pillows (more plushy) and having bottled water already next to the coffee maker.
