An overnight stay after a late flight into SFO. Shuttle airport pickup was on time as advertised, however the driver forgot to drop us off first. Limited food options, stay away from the Wendy's it is was truly terrible; typically I very much like Wendy's. Service was quick and efficient, if not very friendly.

This is a great place for us since we got in to SFO at midnight. We didn’t want to drive far. It was easy to find, easy to park, service was great. Free coffee. The only thing that could have been better were the pillows.

Very disappointed with our stay. Maybe a misunderstanding but after a 15 hour plane flight we landed, went thru immigration and then found out he hotel only had one shared shuttle every hour and we would have to wait 50 minutes as we had just missed it. Paid 30.00 for an UBER as we were exhausted and it was very late. Hotel room had a bad odor and was in need of some upkeep. Plus was comfortable bed and relatively quiet. Next morning had to pay for an UBER again as the shuttle service only ran at 4:10 AM and 5:10 AM which was either way too early or too late for our flight. Do NOT stay here if you expect this free service to be efficient!

Not so good aluxor

We stayed for 6 nights. I had requested a quiet room, and we got one right by a noisy carwash. The room had inadequate lighting. The TV remote was basic and quite annoying to use. The room lacked room service 2 days.

I had planned on a one night day before returning to my home city. At the last minute, I was called to jury duty. I contacted the hotel through Expedia and explain my situation and even included the jury summons. The hotel insisted on enforcing the cancellation policy, despite the fact that my plans had changed through no fault of my own.
