Flight got cancelled with Air Canada had to spend a night in San Francisco picked this hotel because it had a shuttle service. Each of us had 2 suitcases due to us travelling internationally. I booked a shuttle for the next morning at 4:10 am and mentioned that we had 2 suitcases each. The guy at the front tells me the shuttle won’t take more than 1 bag. I literally told him I had read their website and booked the hotel because they offer shuttle service and nowhere does it mention a bag limit. I also said why would the shuttle bring us here with 2 suitcases but not back to the airport with 2 suitcases? Next morning come downstairs to find a handmade sign where there was not one the previous day stating that the shuttle only takes 1 bag tucked into the shuttle times. Shuttle was a little late but when it came it was packed to the brim ppl were standing in it because there were no seats or room. The hotel agent yelled at the driver to stop over seating and to get another shuttle when he is getting full. The driver then got out went into the hotel and yelled at the agent. We had to catch a really early flight so I started looking for an uber. The hotel agent did pull through though and ordered a taxi when he realized the shuttle was full. I’m not sure why it was so full as you literally have to book your time on it. Once we got the the airport the taxi was trying to get us to pay even though the hotel already paid for it. Super sketchy. I would say stay somewhere else.
