Neat and tidy

Stayed 2 nights. Nice clean room. Bed a little on the hard side and shower lacked a bit of pressure but not significant issues. I would stay here again for a layover.

I was impressed! Clean, safe parking off street, esrly shuttle, fancy coffee machine, bright, cheery, friendly helpful staff and bonus is just 2 blocks from Lil small downtown San Bruno with lots of options to eat! Bonus also close to airport with no noise.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was being on the street meant a somewhat noisy night which made it difficult to sleep. I appreciated the extra towels in my room. Two things missing were conditioner and cups. The shuttle was practical and on time.

The room was nice and very quiet. Only downfall is that the shuttle to the airport doesn’t run before 5 am. Also, no breakfast options

We waited for the shuttle for an hour at the airport and it never showed. I called the hotel multiple times and they said 5-10 minutes, so we waited. After waiting for an hour we had to take an uber and pay $25. Shuttle from airport is not reliable. Staff is okay, but didn’t really give us an answer and didn’t really know what they were doing. Place is small and not overly clean.
