Tämä ylellinen vaunutalo, 'Goin' Coastal 'WaterColorissa on täydellinen loma-asunto. Se on erillään suuresta yksityiskodista, ja sen tilava studiomainen huone, jossa on 15 jalkaa katot ja upea parkettilattia, sopii ystävien tarpeisiin matkalla, pari romanttiseen viikonloppuun tai pieneen perheeseen, jossa on tilaa pari pientä lasta. Pehmeän kuningatarreki-sängyn lisäksi on myös queen-vuodesohva ja runsaasti tilaa pinnasängylle tai ylimääräisille matkalaukkuille!

Suuri mukava sohva on täydellinen paikka katsella urheilutapahtumia tai elokuvia suuren taulutelevision edessä. Keittiö on ihanteellinen nopeaan ateriaan, ja siinä on täysikokoinen jääkaappi, pesuallas ja mikroaaltouuni. Ei ole liesi, uuni tai pesukone / kuivausrumpu, koska oletamme, että nautit yhdestä alueen monista ravintoloista eikä ruoanlaittoa tai pesua varten lomalla! Täyteen kylpyhuoneeseen kuuluu suihku, kylpyamme ja iso pesuallas, jossa on tilaa levittää, kun olet valmis lähtemään mukavaan illalliseen tai kävelylle koskemattomilla valkoisilla rannoillamme katsomaan uskomattomia auringonlaskuja.

Viihtyisä vaunutalo on rauhallisessa nurkassa vaiheessa II, ja siitä on näkymät kauniille lampille. Olemme askeleen päässä yhdestä WaterColorin seitsemästä upeasta uima-altaasta.

WaterColor valittiin matka- ja vapaa-ajan perhekeskukseksi # 1 ja se on täydellinen paikka nauttia Meksikonlahden täydellisistä rannoista. Tarjolla on lukuisia aktiviteetteja, kuten pyöräily, melonta, surffaus, tennis, golf, vaellus ja uskomattomia ravintoloita niin perheelle kuin vain aikuisille. Tultuaan 30A: seen 15 plus vuodeksi neljän lapsen kanssa itse, WaterColorilla on loistavat mahdollisuudet ihanaan vastuulliseen lastenhoitajaan, joka kohtelee lapsiasi omistamansa. Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. The home is closer to the entrance of watercolor and close to camp watercolor, it’s a 5 minute walk. We walked and drove to the beach club, the walk is about 20 minutes but it is worth it. There is a parking lot close to the beach club that is free. The community is absolutely beautiful. There are walking/biking paths everywhere. If you love nature, like we do, you’ll enjoy it. The beach club was great and they provide towels when you are there or to use at the beach. The food was good at the beach club but we had the opportunity to try other outside spots that were close.My top two places were the perfect pig for breakfast or dinner, it was absolutely delicious. They had an espresso martini and blackberry lemon drop- spicy martini that was top notch. Another favorite was the daytrader Tiki bar & restaurant, wow… their Ahi Tuna salad was the best I’ve ever had. All I have to say is…if you haven’t experienced Watercolor, you need to. It really is magical. Beth & Randy’s place is the perfect spot to have that beach experience. I’ll be back next year, it’s that’s cool. Thank ya’ll!

A Slice of Coastal Heaven

From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with our two young children. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can walk to everything that you may need (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Our kids had hours of fun at Camp Watercolor, especially on the waterslides! The Beach Club is a bit of a walk but very doable with the kids in a stroller. The communication and hospitality from Beth was unmatched! We can't wait to go back!!

Beth was an outstanding hostess. Our family of 3 loved our time in Watercolor for the long weekend. The carriage house was comfortable and peaceful, and we were able to easily bike or walk to Seaside, the beach, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding Watercolor neighborhood! Exceptional getaway

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our short getaway! The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We alternated between walking or taking the trolley to the spectacular beach club. The hosts were phenomonal-comminicative and extraordinarily nice. We would book this over and over again!

Spring Break stay with our teenage daughters. Perfect location for the pools and to ride bikes or walk to the beach. Hands down Beth and Randy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever come across with several VRBO rental experiences. This place is a favorite!

We had a perfect stay at Beth’s carriage house. Our family of 4 felt that there was plenty of room in the carriage house. Most of our time was spent in Seaside or in Watercolor. Wine Festival Weekend 2024

Perfect location and hosts

We came down to the area for our sons proposal. Beth went above and beyond helping me find florists, food, everything I needed to throw a quick engagement party. The carriage house was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay. Wish we could have stayed more then 2 nights. We will be back! Beth made us feel more like family than guests.

Amazing vacation!

This carriage home was absolutely perfect for my family. Beautiful, clean, quiet, private, and close to all the best perks of watercolor! Beth and Randy were generous, kind, communicative and the perfect hosts. Parking was easy and convenient. Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time! Beth and Randy were great and checked in with us regularly to see there was anything we needed. The carriage house was beautiful and in a great location right near Camp Watercolor. It was just a short trip to the Beach Club or the Boathouse. The amenities were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back! This trip couldn’t have gone any better. These are literally the best owners I’ve dealt with.

Carriage House

The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog.
