"Room: The room was nicely decorated and small things like pictures on the wall and small carpet on the floor and kettle with coffee/tea set made it feel cozy. AC was included in the price same as internet, which was working well in the hotel area and room. Breakfast: It was simple small breakfast, which could be problem for a picky eater but we were able to find something to eat each time. Only minus was that some things, like butter, cheese and salami, wasnt served from cold plates. As that can be risky, we didn't face any stomach issues anyway. Pool and common areas: Smaller pool area but still didn't feel too crowded. Overall felt that pool, lobby and common areas were clean. Customer service: We had few small issues in the beginning but the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and fixed everything. It was real customer service with a smile, which we appreciated a lot and we felt welcomed all the time. Overall we were happy with the hotel and could definitely stay there again."

Renovations here and there. Help and changes were received as soon as you asked and the staff was really friendly. The swimming pools were still very cold, including the children's pools. There are so many restaurants and different places in the hotel that the impression is a bit confusing. Children's cocktails were only found on the first floor, which was disappointing because there are otherwise many restaurants by the pools. The room was clean and spacious but the bed felt like springs. We got the blankets immediately upon request. Overall good experience at the hotel and stuff:)"
