The bed was very uncomfortable in the two bed room. Service personnel inspected the AC twice, after it did not cool down the room. 25C down to 23.5C in 3 hours of being on. The AC was set to 18C. Would not recommend during intense heat or humidity.

Happy with location

Our first time in Singapore and we were very impressed. The location is an easy walk to the MRT station and it is very simple to find your way around. Both the hotel's breakfast and evening buffet meals were good. The bar closed rather early! Swimming pool nice but not many sun loungers.

Convenient location...walking distance to Clarke Quay and lots of dining options there. Hotel dining ok. Good breakfast avail - pay at reception in advance for $15 deal. Dinner buffet lots of choices. Be aware that this hotel promotes itself as a family hotel, so there were lots of kids around. Open pool area was nice.

Room was outdated and dirty upon arrival. Had to call down and have housekeeper come up. Very dusty and muggy at first. Shower head didn’t move so it was a lil difficult to wash without wetting hair everyday. Room key kept deactivating so I had to keep going to the front desk to get in my room. Overall, good location with parking.

we stayed at rooms 1102 and 1104. beds are old and has bedbugs. we complained and the manager transferred us to rooms 1322 and 1324. There are still bedbugs. we're not coming back to this hotel anymore. my wife and daughter screamed so hard when they saw those bloodsucking bedbugs crawling in our bed. to furama riverfront hotel, please change your beds or at least do some bedbugs treatment!

Staff were flvery friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. My only complaint is the decor. We stayed on the 10th floor and the carpet and paint colors were just very jarring and I felt like I was staying in a very cheap place.
