Excellent..spotlessly clean and smiling attentive staff. Location excellent close to both an MRT station and major bus stop plus an open market plus a shopping mall within steps of the front door.

I would not recommend this hotel

Dirty bathroom with incomplete set of basic toiletries. Cutlery and ice bucket was dirty with dry food stains before use. I was very frustrated having to call them multiple times for these issues. Had a poor stay.

I was disappointed with my stay herr. Basic amenties to be provided by the hotel not provided. Some of the equipment were not cleaned at all. Food stains seen. Felt frustrated each time I had to bring up these issues to the hotel mangement. Could not rest and enjoy my vacation in peace.

Excellent reasonably and well located Singapore Ho

Location was perfect for across the street access to metro and shuttle bus from airport. There was an open food market across the street with hundreds of varieties at inexpensive prices. Also some shopping within walking distance. Planning to return in few weeks… quiet well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and soft pillows! A fridge Coffee and tea and an iron in the room… a wonderful lobby and staff… a superb choice for Singapore!

While is an older hotel . We experienced 2 electrical Black Out on Jan 11 at 9pm is and Jan 12 around the same time it lasted over an hour .fearing to be struck in the elevated , I took the emergency stairs .. the lobby was packed with people .. not a great experience to encounter being in a 1st country
