I had a very good stay at Mercure Singapore Bugis. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and have a premium feel, which makes the stay very comfortable. Breakfast offers a good selection and is a nice way to start the day. The rooftop area is another highlight, with a great view and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s a clean, modern hotel in a convenient location, and I would happily stay here again.

The hotel facilities were good. Nice pool area and a functional gym. The rooms were a bit cramped. There's not much space to open suitcases and the toilet & shower are basically an extension of the living room. But the hotel were kind enough to provide us with a sterilizer for our baby's bottles. Overall this hotel is ok for a short stay if you don't have much luggage

The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see. The room was small, but ok for our needs, although the bathroom lacked privacy for two people staying together. The shower and toilet had separate stalls leading off the entryway with only frosted glass around each. We would have preferred a little more privacy.
