RIMFIRE 151-152 - 2 - BEDROOM, 2 BATH: Master BR King plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa BR #2 Queen - This unit, has a large balcony with western mountain views conveniently located on the 1st floor. 55" television in the living room as well as TVs in both bedrooms, ROKU access on 2 of the unit TVs, cable, and WiFi. There is a lot of space in the living areas and bedrooms. New kitchen appliances. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a new KING bed in the Master with a queen sleeper sofa. LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.
