Absolutely sets the bar for a budget hotel. Clean, convenient, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We've been in a dozen budget hotels over the last 2 weeks and this has been, by far, the best!

All I ask from a hotel is that it is clean, comfortable and the air-conditioning work. This checked all of the boxes and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was meh (waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal and toast), but I got enough to eat. I would certainly stay here again.

Very comfortable bed was perfect after a long day of driving. Lots of room in this floor plan. A short walk away are a few restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a movie theater and IMAX if you’d rather not watch TV. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish I had picked this place last year on my cross country drive.

Good facilities. Faucets didn't drip, fans didn't squeak, no odd smells, mattress was good. Quiet area. Cleaning, however, is not their strong suit. Hair on the bathroom floor, cobwebs in the corners, the carpet between the beds and the nightstand hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while, so there was a collection of hair, toenail clippings and other detritis. A small additional effort in cleaning would go a long way toward making this a top-notch facility. I would suggest skipping the breakfast.

Our only rant was lack of breakfast. When a place advertises breakfast from 6-9am (or whatever the hours are) and they run out of food at 8am, if you call it a breakfast buffet, shouldn’t you refill the food up until 9am? I’m on vacation and not getting up at 6am just to make sure I’m first in line to get food.

Right next to a movie theater with a huge parking lot..I had no issues, unsure how safe of an area this is ? I arrived in the middle of the night, fast check-in, checked-out near breakfast; good breakfast. Recommend the biscuits & gravy!
