The room smelled like old, the sheets smelled like used sheets, the ventilator in the bathroom did not work, the bathroom door did not close. The bathroom was fully stocked. It was clean. Breakfast had good options.

I had two problems during my stay, both of which impacted my sleep. The first was a broken window in my room that created a loud howling when the wind blew. The window was warped and was clearly that way for quite some time but they assigned the room anyway. So, when maintenance couldn't repair it, they agreed to move me. The second thing is this hotel caters to families with kids in sporting events/teams. So, my last night I suffered for hours with kids running up and down halls, screaming and slamming doors. By 11 PM, I had to put on noise cancelling headphones to try to sleep.

We stayed here two nights. Staff are so very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. They have an omelet station and the woman who cooks is the most pleasant, patient person. Rooms are quiet and spacious. They also have a free happy hour during the week, which was a nice way to relax after a day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again.
