Not completely "no smoking"

No smoking rooms simply mean that customers stand outside their doors and smoke. As the weather seal on the door was missing in several places, it allowed a LOT of smoke into my room.

The location and price is excellent! But, the property is really run down. Lots of people "living" in the rooms and sitting outside smoking, hair dryer didnt work, and heat was either hot or off. Bedspread and couch were stained and the floors were sticky. Noisey young adults up late drinking and smoking, pit bull poop on the grass (nobody picked up after their dogs). Sadly. We won't return. Thank you.

Tired property in need of makeover

Very tired property much in need of a makeover. My bed and its headboard did not align because an extra side table had been added, almost as an afterthought. Also, nasty stains on the couch. Breakfast room full of construction materials and very limited and poor selection of items available for breakfast.

Friendly quick late last minute check-in. The heater did not work in one of the rooms. But I was exhausted and it was late so I didn’t notify management. Based on looks of heater, I think it was unlikely they didn’t know it wasn’t working. No way to know for sure.It was in the 30’s so cold night.

Horrible stay

The employees or owners were not nice or friendly. Can to call to check in. Wait 10 minutes to check out and was question and he wasn’t happy that I ask for my receipt for checking out.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I can see they do their very best to accommodate the guests . I stay here reguraky and will continue to do so. However I do think there could be a better breakfast available, trash picked up around the grounds and my most concern is the drug use I believe that goes in here. I stay to myself and do not feel unsafe but I see what I see. With that being said you could not ask for a kinder staff that are doing their best. I would recommend staying here.

Lack of Communication and outdated electrical

The staff was nice and helpful but failed to inform us they were renovating the lobby where both the ice machine and the continental breakfast was and they when we asked told us multiple different days that the project would be done. Also anytime you used the microwave or hair dryer you had to turn off the heater and it was the middle of winter with snow outside.
