Staff were friendly and helpful Location is excellent only 10 minutes walk to Darling Harbour. Rooms were clean when we arrived but during our stay they only did the beds and changed the towels. They don’t seem to vacuum or clean the toilet properly.

Great position overlooking Darling Harbour and easy to get around from there. We arrived early but we were able to check in and have our room straight away which was a delight. Room was lovely and clean and spacious and clean towels provided every day. Staff are lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location and easy parking. Front desk staff were the best I’ve had in a long time. Good bar and restaurant. Good sized rooms. Only negative would be minimal hot water for a shower otherwise I’ll be staying here again.

Great location. Walk to almost everything in Sydney. Darling Harbor has lots of restaurants, bars, and outdoor entertainment. The morning breakfast is a treat.

1.Concierge staffs are very cheerful, kind and helpful. 2. Disliked shower room. Soap, shampoo and rinse sit at opposite of the shower area and hard to use them. They should sit near the shower closer for easy use. It was a bit insine for users. 3. We ordered Fillet Steak with midfium rare of $69 on Monday night. The quality of meat was not good and it was much over cooked. Very disappointed. We guess main chef was absent for holiday.

Novetel is nice and comfortable hotel, but their bathroom without standing shower with manual pipe kind. We would preferred a bath-tub with standing on shower with a manual pipe. Everything looks good, their house keeping staffs are helpful, except the bathroom in their rooms. Beds are too soft, and is not good for our spine. Thank you.
