Loved the pool area, the room started out ok, its a great location, everything is in walking distance, didnt have to move the car at all. Santiago was an excellent worker and helped with everything , Mike at check in was excellent. I however had a problem with bug bites, i thought it was in my head until I saw them all running rampant at night, must have killed a hundred of them,

The minute we stepped on to this property we felt good. The customer service was awesome. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean. The hot tub was amazing. Not a single person seemed unhappy here. We met some really good room attendants. A few steps away from the boardwalk. Definitely a plus if you have kids or are with elderly people. They get nothing but love and respect from me and my family.

No windows. Under stairs so bed in cramped low ceiling corner. Extremely thin towels. No coffee machine. No staff after 10 pm. Room was clean and quiet. Convenient but so many other better choices in area.
