We paid over $300 for this room; a 7-night stay. We will not come back. Very noisy, Drawer was broken, and even after being fixed, kept opening up; a tripping hazard as it was at the floor level. Phone wasn’t plugged in; never took care of it. Freezer was broken.

We were on a 10 day road trip and this was the best Hotel we stayed at. The set up was perfect for a traveler. Large bathroom, plenty of room for your bags, wonderful beds and the best breakfast. We will choose Holiday Express again.

Couldn’t check in without power, still no refund!

The power was OUT so we could NOT check in or stay and could not get a refund! I will never try to stay again and I will make sure everyone else is aware of this situation!
