I did not like how staff do not greet you properly, no smile, no please no thank yous. I stayed here twice and desk staff were not overly friendly. I also did not like how I went to use the nespresso machine and discovered it was not cleaned and had obviously been used by the guest prior to me. With these prices you would think housekeeping would do a better job.

Got trapped in the parking lot no attendant to help pay machines not working. No safety on heavy bathroom door and girlfriend injured her finger badly. Bed was not a full queen the hotel argued it was a European size bed. No sleep at all! I’ll never stay here again!

Alt Hotel did a great job and offered everything I needed. Slightly limited amenities (no room service) but priced well for what they offer. Room was clean and spacious!

Great location to Canada Life Centre

Just across the street from Canada Life Centre so perfect for Jets games or concerts. Good restaurants close by and the room was very nice.

really, bed is confirmable, but oh boy what a shock. not that much security while being outside, sirens all night.. to improve customer experience, maybe making the lobby lounge more lively and better selections of wines/coktail to make sure customer don't have to go out

Hotel has a great location downtown. Walking distance to many restaurants and theaters. Right across from Jets hockey arena. Very modern design. Rooms were very clean. The entire hotel was clean and organized. Front desk staff friendly and helpful!
