Gorgeous place but, the surroundings to one side is pretty sketchy for women travelling alone. However, once you are in the hotel, you are completely safe as the parking is gated and locked, and the hotel entrance is a key entrance for guests only.

Check in was fine, room is good. However, I ask if the reception desk if they could pick me up after I dropped off my rental car. They said I just needed to call them when I was ready. Four calls later they said that they couldn't pick me up for an hour and a half. I asked them to get me an Uber and they refused. In the end, they did reimburse me for the Uber, but that's not how you do things. Additionally, my flight in the morning is at 6:20 AM and their shuttle to the airport doesn't start until 7 AM. I won't be staying here again.

Came to Albuquerque for a Conference, this property was a delightful surprise. Our room was spacious and quiet and the common areas of the hotel had lots of seating and work areas. It was impeccably clean, had a Lobby bar and restaurant as well as a second floor outside patio with a fire pit. Appreciated the security in the common areas to make sure only registered guests were accessing those areas. We did not have a car but self park was available and secured. It was a 7-10 minute walk to the Albuquerque Convention Center.

An excellent hotel. Great room. Kitchen is adequate but limited. Breakfast was great. Security as excellent. It’s a downtown hotel near convention center and we could walk to and from but an area just around the corner had a lot of homeless after dark.

Loved how safe the hotel was and the rooms were amazing plenty of room to relax and sleep. Parking Garage is small and have to get a early spot and not leave the hotel. But if you do its fine they have plenty of parking around the hotel and another gated parking lot in the far back. We parked back there and they have security all day and night watching the cars. Also they charge for parking $12 a day but did not mind it at all as long as I felt our car was in a safe spot. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was amazing, staff was friendly they had security on the property. You needed room key to get access on the elevator. Which made us feel safe. The room was spacious had plenty of room to sit and a desk area. The parking garage gets filled up pretty fast but the property has other places for you to park. With it gated and secured. They do charge for parking $12 a day but its okay because i felt that my car was parking in a safe space. Will stay again if I am ever back in Albuquerque

Rude night shift front desk almost ruined the experience at this beautiful property. She was a brunette Caucasian but didnt get the name. Put us in a not so great mood of the non-welcoming attitude. Another Con: The parking garage wasnt working but the parking attendant on a scooter was friendly and helpful. Would have left 1 star for staff ulif not for him and the morning front desk. Room was spacious and clean full kitchen. 2nd floor had the dining and patio area spacious ans well decorated even had a corn hole. Free breakfast was good but coffee was weak The propery was beautiful but surrounding area was not as nice church? Across streets had homeless staying on the steps. Place is nice and seems new / renovated but probably will try to find somewhere else that had better service.

The staff were very nice and location was good. The TV in the room was not facing the bed i had to turn my head sideways to watch it. Lots of homeless in the downtown area created some problems but this is not the hotels fault.
