The room was cold and air conditioning put out cold too. Thd kind Receptionist gave me a heater for 2 days which helped. The roooms appear run down. Also no care was taken for the customers because the entrance was covered in ice. To clear and maje safe would have taken little effort. Enjoyed my stay.

The lady running the fromt desk when we checked out was great. Handled a long line of people with a smile. Shower curtains would be a wise investment. There wasnt one and water went everywhere.

Room was overall solid and had what I needed, comfy bed, clean space, coffee and a hot shower. The common area was also very warm and welcoming. The staff really made this place great though. I needed help with a few things around town since I was new and unfamiliar and they did a great job to help out. Overall, I'd recommend this place and I'm probably going to come back to stay here again.

Hotel was nice. Staff friendly, breakfast buffet was wonderful, bars was almost always open and full of patrons which made for a fun atmosphere. It’s kinda far from central Amsterdam but it’s an easy walk to either the tram or metro. Would definitely stayed again.
