Our room was quite small and there wasn't a sink in the bathroom, it was in the room. The shower worked well and the was clean.

Nice boutique hotel, located in a shopping area near a number of grocery stores. Very convenient to public transportation. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Very Small rooms wasn't prepared for this. hard to find the front door when arriving by taxi s in the shopping center had to walk around with our luggage asking people where the front door was. Price wise was fine but we spent a lot on trams and Ubers as a fair distance from the center of things

Had a great time here when visiting Amsterdam on a girls trip. Staff were lovely, hotel was nice and so was the basic breakfast. The only negative was the size of the room, and they didn't clean our room everyday. Other than that, would highly recommend. Great location a couple minutes work to the tram that goes directly to the city center and the bus goes directly to the airport.

Really amazing hotel love the city themed so fun. Staff are very friendly and helpful!! Pretty great area lots of shops and restaurants really close by, it’s kinda far off from main attractions but the tram stop is about a 2 minute walk from hotel, super easy to navigate. I had a lovely stay, i definitely recommend and would stay again!!

We had a good stay, the rooms are small, but we weren't planning on spending time in them. Staff were great and was clean. It's not the best area of Amsterdam, but this sits in the newly renovated area, and is a 25 min tram ride from Centraal.

First of all I came downstairs in early mornings around 1 on my first night due to lack of tea. No staffs fault but they saw me and they behaved in a way to relate to a geust. The whole crew worked as a team. The night shift behave in a way.. your problem is our problem. Each team that covered all shifts worked in harmony which is nice to see . They were funny and had their own individual characters. All the staff I had the chance to meet were respectable dutch citizens proud showing me off their style ,cultural heritage. All of them looked after their own clients as if it was their own family. One of the best place to stay. The crew ..not the staff made a difference. Hotel is always a building but the crew brought the reputation and everything else that followed

Very friendly and helpful staff, they go out of their way to help with any questions- thank you so much for making our holiday an enjoyable experience. Easy transport links into Amsterdam number 17 tram and 369 bus link to airport just a couple of minutes away. Breakfast great with plenty to choose from and served from 7.00.Plenty of choice of places to eat in the area plus a shopping centre useful in case you have forgotten anything! Will definitely stay here again, room very clean with comfortable bed, important after a day of walking around Amsterdam! As this holiday was a birthday gift from the children, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you again- Anita

Great hotel staff. Nice hotel. Far from center of Amsterdam. Public transport close- trolley 17 right behind hotel Approximately 25 minutes to central Amsterdam. Breakfast warm and filling.

Room was filthy. When i say filthy the matress cover had dirt stains, blood stains, and hair. When you see the pictures online of a small room yes it's small but even smaller than that. There was only one person at the hotel who tried to be helpful the othet staff member was not only not helpful but combative. It took many discussions to get a a refund through expedia amd we were left with finding a new place to stay that same day.

Budget stay

Very budget and small room but practical use of the small room. Since it is small and cramped, ventilation is poor. Bed wasn't very comfortable but manageable. Service was very very amazing. Staff are very helpful. You cam walk 2 minutes out to the gvb line to take you to Amsterdam city center. Also nearby food and grocery stores/shops. Great location.
