The AC kept turning on and off every few mins making it impossible to sleep. The floor was so dirty our white socks were black by the end of the night. And you can hear everything had to turn on white noise on my phone. Honestly really wasn’t satisfied. Only thing that was positive was the staff I have no complaints.

I had really high hopes for our stay based off of reviews. We go to Disneyland often and wanted to find our go to hotel. I have a one year old who co sleeps when we’re on vacation. We booked the two queen beds. I was given two doubles even after I went to the front desk and asked I was told they were queens but there was no room for my son to sleep. Then the parking was not ideal. We couldn’t drive anywhere because we were worried we wouldn’t be able to park when we returned. One day multiple people were double parking behind other cars making it unable to leave. They were also parked in the thoroughfare. My last issue is the lack of maintenance on the rooms. Our celling looked like it was ready to cave in. The paint is falling off the roof in the bathroom, and the BIGGEST issue was the carpets. Our feet were black after getting out of the shower and walking around our room. My son walks and crawls around his clothes are so dirty after playing on the floor. It was gross. The outside is very nice. The landscaping was very nice and well maintained. I think they need to do updating on the rooms. The beds weren’t comfortable and you could hear the springs move when you’re moving around. I really wanted to love this hotel from the reviews but unfortunately being charged for parking and not being able to park or leave was a huge downfall. And the carpets.

Check in was efficient and fast. The hotel room was clean organize. Great breakfast. Overall the hotel was nice and close to everything. My only problem was the limited space for parking. The hotel doesn't seem to accommodate the amount of parking vs. the amount of rooms. It also share a parking space with a restaurant close by. It was frustrating to find parking, even if you have the priority parking permit.

Good distance to Disneyland but the property was dirty. We have stayed here once or twice a year for many years and this is the worst it’s ever been. There were ants in the room and it was questionable how well things were cleaned.

The hotel is nice. It's your standard hotel room. Nothing special. The swamp cooler was extremely loud everytime it kicked on. That was probably the worse part. The jets in the spa didnt work either but the water was nice.

The gated parking is nice but unfortunate that you have to pay $20 per night for it. The swimming pools and hot tubs are well maintained and nice along with the landscaping. The gym equipment needs to be updated. The cardio machines were fine but the weight lifting was very old and hard to function. My little girl walked around the room barefoot for a little bit and her feet were black so that was gross. The room was also muggy because the temperature is controlled with a swamp cooler. The full continental breakfast was nice.

Checking in and checking out was effortless. Loved the location. Safe parking. Ice machines on every floor. A small store that contained essentials in the lobby. Every room had a microwave and a fridge. The property had a pool. Plan to use this for future visits at Disneyland

Great Location to Parks!

For the price this hotel is totally worth it. The location is amazing and literally a 15-minute walk to the parks! The staff is very nice and attentive. Beds were comfortable and Breakfast was a nice option to the start of some long days. Only down fall is the carpets need to be deep cleaned or even replaced. I would suggest laminate as the rooms have direct access to the outdoors and I don’t believe people remove their shoes when inside. You can smell it when the AC is off and my grandson was playing on the floor and we noticed he was covered in black when he got up. My husband rubbed a white wash cloth on the floor and it was dark black. Gross! That was a huge turn off as there are so many families coming through. My husband spoke to the Manager at the front desk and hopefully they address this ASAP.
