Muy buen hotel, llegue muy temprano a mi check-in y todavia no habia cuartos listos ya que es temporada alta, sin embargo me dejaron estacionar mi carro para yo poder ir de compras y no pagar parking en otros estacionamientos y extra me wnviaron mensaje para avisarme que el cuarto estaba listo antes de las 4, el personal muy atento, el hotel esta limpio pero con detalles pequeños en los cuartos como quitar los dedos de los Gabinetes y espejos embarrados pero se trato de tenerme el cuarto antes de la hora normal y se agradece, muy buena ubicacion, y hoyel bonito y seguro

Everything about this experience was top notch - check-in was easy, rooms were clean and spacious, pool/hot tub were fantastic, breakfast was hot and varied every day, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again for sure.

There was construction going on right above our room which if I wouldve known that when booking, wouldve chosen somewhere else. They didnt start til about 10am but we had planned to sleep in as we had done the full day at Disneyland the day before. Breakfast was really good even though we only got there the 1 day.

The bed and pillows are u comfortable. The house keeping manager came to our room at 8 am while we were sleeping to clean the room m, and we hadn’t even checked out and when I asked why she knocked knowing we don’t show checked out am she just looked at me and said “so is that a no” so that was extremely irritating. Seems like they don’t communicate with the check in/out desk with occupied and unoccupied rooms.

The location is very convenient if you are going to Disneyland or a convention. The parking offer is extended until 12:00 am the next day. Breakfast was included and was very good, including a huge variety of food options. The staff was kind. The property is clean. The rooms are average.
