My bathroom mirror was dirty with toothpaste stain on mirror. Shower had hair. One of the towels was soiled Bed sheets on other bed was stained. Complained in the morning and was told well there isn't anything I can do your checking out today.

Our dealings with Expedia and the hotel were not good at all. The room was dated, and dirty, and we couldn’t check in right away. All the kiosks were down, nobody can help us. On top of everything, Expedia reached out and said my reservation was cancelled when we were on our way driving down there.

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED

This experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! I arrived at Harrah's Casino Resort around 4PM but I was unable to check-in through the kiosk because hotels.com did not provide me with a Harrah’s confirmation number. After standing in line for approximately 30 minutes, I received an email stating that my reservation had been moved to another property. I then had to gather my things/luggage and go to a completely different property. I was given the worse room they had (West Tower) and there wasn't any compensation for the inconveniences.
