I didn't liked the fact you couldn't order outside food delivery. I had 2 rooms and i didn't won't room service all i wanted was coffee and cups. I had problems getting that every day. Neither one of the phones worked in either one of my rooms. My entire stay wasn't pleasant. I don't think i will ever come back.

It took forever to get someone on the phone. I was also disappointed how long it took maintenance to actually get to our room. But he was helpful for sure. I was there four days and housekeeping never came to freshen up. I had to track personnel down for more towels toilet paper blankets so I just had higher expectation for Harrahs

They do a bait and switch where they will double sell a room at a higher rate and an unsuspecting customer won’t know or remember what they chose. I booked a room in waterfront tower and they placed me in a bayview room which is a price difference. When i brought it to their attention, they tried to convince me to stay in that room stating they are out of waterfront rooms with a king sized bed. I showed them where I had reserved and paid for the room I chose. They had to discuss it with someone and then put me in a handicapped accessible room in the waterfront tower. It’s not what I asked for but ok. The next night the bathroom lights went out. I had to change rooms again and they offered no help in moving and expressed no regret or sadness for my inconvenience. The number one requirement for the hospitality industry is to be hospitable. I would not stay with them again and I can guarantee that they don’t even care if I did or not.

They do a bait and switch and try to double sell rooms at a higher price in order to maximize their profits and an unsuspecting consumer won’t notice what they’re doing. I reserved a room for waterfront tower on expedia. On check in they switched me to a bayview room which is a cost difference. When I mentioned it, they told me that they don’t have a king bed in waterview. I pointed out that that is exactly what I reserved beforehand and paid for. They had to speak with someone then gave me a new room. The new room was a handicapped room in the waterfront tower. Not what I asked for but ok. The next day the lights in the bathroom died and I had to move my room again. They didn’t offer to help me move or anything. No apologies or any mention of sadness for my inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay there again and I’m quite sure they don’t care if I did or not.
