I stayed in the Waterfront tower in a room with a panoramic view. The room was very clean and updated. Harrah’s casino has very nice amenities and plenty restaurants within. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Several room issues, both with the first room and second we were placed in, in addition to the bell service declining to assist us in the move between rooms bevause guest service couldnt provide us with the riom number we were going to.
This was how I walked into the room to find one of the beds. Unmade and ripped, along with several holes in the sheets.
Broken mirror with jagged glass..we put tape over it because there were loose shards. The light in the mirror did not work either.

Excellent! There was a resort fee per day, parking fee per day, and additional taxes and fees. Ended up being expensive. But the resort was nice. No complaints. Very expensive. Food expensive. Activities expensive.

Room was good but food in the hotel were subpar especially for the cost. We were there for 3 nights so tried just about every restaurant on property for something. Bobby's Burgers was probably the best value. There needs to be some serious employee and food quality training at most of the other restaurants to be able to justify the prices.
