We were assigned by the coastal tower and I noticed no security around to screen people going up to our rooms, not unlike other towers there were security posted on that areas. The valet service was terrible, it was called valet for easy accessible, but for getting the car we had to walk around almost half mile to pay. Some of the staffs were unprofessional needs to have a seminar for how to improve their performance. Kudos to Ivy ( concierge ) for taking care of our needs for her I’ll give her 10/10. Our housekeeping to see our rooms been made, Thank you.

Very nice and entertaining all over. Fine dining. The auto check in did work for me very quickly. The place is huge with a lot of guests so no close attention to you but the system overall work perfectly Loved it. Will go back for a longer stay

I love that the pool is only for 21 and over. I wish the pool sold food so you won’t have to leave to get some.

I requested that my room be cleaned and house keeping told me they don’t clean the rooms until you check out. Maybe I should have gotten an Air B & B. One of the main reasons I stay in a hotel is because I like my room cleaned daily.

They charge you extra fee's when you check out, you ended up paying more than what you already pay for the reservation they even charge you for parking. When on the app , it says FREE PARKING

The room was so dusty everywhere. I have pics to show how bad it is. I would never stay there again. Also I was charged for taxes 3x on website to book and again at hotel don't know why. Going to look into that.
