Terrible front desk

Customer service was terrible. I called 3/7 to inform of arrival for 3/8. Get to hotel told room isn’t ready by two people. Finally ask again and was serviced by the manager who informed me my room was ready the entire time. I waited from 9am until about 1:00pm for no reason at all

2 days and couldn’t use the pool

Over all it was great quiet and clean only complain would be the pool that was open and close without any notice , I think they should alert guess to thing . The pool is the main attraction , posting that it will close at a certain time only by the pool ans not around the hotel so the guest can know is crazy

Stinks of smoke, hotel employees not helpful

I guess I just didn't realize that when advertising smoke free rooms and only 25% of the casino as allowed to smoke, that they wouldn't have "best practices" in place to keep non-smokers safe from 2nd hand smoke/stink. You have to walk through the smoking side of the casino to get from the parking garage to the hotel check-in. The non-smoking rooms and mixed in with smoking rooms so if your neighbor is smoking, you still smell it. The casino staff stated they don't enforce the smokers to stay in the smoking allowed areas. The parking garage exit is not very user friendly and they hotel staff acks like it ain't their problem and has no tips on how to use parking vouchers to leave. We saw many cars stuck at the gates because they couldn't get the barcode scanners to read the passes. Never again vising this place.

I love the harrahs pool, it was so clean and very convenient when you stay in the hotel. A tad bit pricey, but the drinks in the pool were worth it.

This was supposed to be a couple’s get away. I wish the hotel would have told me it was booked for a competition. The room and food were great. But, being surrounded by hundreds of cheerleaders and parents was not what I had in mind for a couples retreat. Unfortunately , I will not go back.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last month and a half for cheer competitions. The hotel rooms are shabby and not very clean. This time, there was a hole in the sheets; one bed didn’t have a comforter; there were no toiletries; and only one set of towels. The table tops were not clean, with sticky residue all over them. It’s convenient, the convention center area is nice enough, the food is decent, but extremely overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had to.
