Gardens! Step into this Gardens East Side 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom first floor condo! Newly Renovated Kitchen! Amenities include central air, pre-engineered flooring, kitchen center island, ample closet space and more. The exterior features a spacious front porch, storage, rear patio, off street parking, and outside shower! All situated just 1.5 blocks to the beach!

Property was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Few small issues like the towel rod in the Master Bath was broken off. The Dishwasher door springs don't work and it comes crashing down. The water in the hallway Bathroom Shower does not get very hot. There was no spatula for indoor cooking only for the outdoor grill. Screen door on entryway was broken and would not latch and the screen door to the porch was ripped.

Great location and communicative hosts

great location in the quiet Gardens section of the island. Very close to TJs ice cream and easy walk to the beach. The house was a great size and layout for our 2 adults & 3 kids under 5. The house was not clean upon arrival, very dusty and when using shower the 1st night it became evident little more than emptying trash bags and vacuuming carpets had been done. I texted with the hosts and they were apologetic and arranged for cleaners to come the very next morning and extended our check out time. I appreciated their quick response.

The definition of "Very Nice"

First and foremost, Tara, thank you for hosting us! My family consists of myself, my wife and my two recently college graduated daughters. The property is very nice, the location is very nice and the property owner/manager is very nice. The pros of the property are the cleanliness, location to beach and privacy allotted to each guest with the 3 bedrooms each sporting it's own TV. The cons are few but I felt the general living area was not the best set up should you have a party of 6 (we had to friends over for dinner 1 night) and definitely not for 8 (it is equipped to sleep 8 if you include the sleeper in the living area. I feel the unit would benefit from an additional sofa/loveseat/side chair or 2 in the living area. But beyond that a very nice place to stay that I would definitely recommend to families with small children, a friends (6 max) get away or even 2 couples retreat.

4 weeks of relaxation

The house was so clean! I love when you walk in to a rental and that fresh smell hits you…it’s the best. We took lovely walks. Ate at the ice cream shop around the corner and walked to the beach. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect Week Away

Tara was a excellent host and was able to accommodate our family on short notice. The house comfortable slept our family with additional room for the grandparents to stay a night. Tara’s communication was excellent and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful Quiet Neighborhood

A little bit further from the boardwalk than we are used to, but it ended up being fantastic. The beach closest to us were not as crowded than the beaches off the boardwalk.

OC Ocean Ave

While not close to the boardwalk, this is still a great option for families. It has a washer and dryer, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils and two full bathrooms that really reduces tension among large groups. Wifi works well, TVs work well in case you're stuck inside, and the porch outside is a nice place to chill in the morning. The single staircase that serves both the first floor and upper floor is a little awkward and the parking in the area might be tough to find if you have more than one vehicle, but overall a great stay and the manager was super helpful and great to talk to.

The Gardens Stay

Lovely property in an excellent location. Onsite parking removed a stress level we've often experienced in Ocean City. We had a few questions and minor issues, and Tara was incredibly quick to respond. Loved having beach chairs to use, and the bikes! Thank you Tara, for everything!

Nice rental

Overall, nice place to stay. Located within 5 min walk to beach. Close to north end of the boardwalk away from the noise, but close enough to walk to if you want to be near the action. Front covered porch nice for morning coffee. Bedrooms had enough storage and were comfortable. Host was very responsive.

OC Gardens great place for families

We were the first renters. The place was super clean and everything worked. Its a 3 block walk to quiet beaches. The neighbors are family oriented with kids. It's a mile walk to the boardwalk north end start. A small ice cream place and pizza shop are 1/2 a block away. One couldn't ask for a nicer OC neighborhood.
