Okay, not great.

The room seemed clean, though worn. Stains on sheets and what looked like a blood stain (old) on the lamp shade. Horrible potholes in the parking lot. Several people hanging around outside seemed a little sketchy. Property only gave us one key card for 2 guests saying they didnt have enough cards for 2. Overall okay but definitely not great.

I walked in to the lobby to check in and waited five minutes for someone to come to the front desk before deciding to call the phone number. It went through two ring cycles before the front desk attendant came to the desk muttering curse words, which he carried on the entirety of the check in process. My room appeared to have been barely cleaned, if at all, between the last guest and my stay. The carpet was stained throughout the room, mirrors covered in toothpaste splatter, hairs in the sink, dust, smudges, and burn marks on all surfaces, and a trash bag cinched over the smoke detector?! The pillows felt like they’d been in use for 20 years and were wadded into their pillowcases. Bed linens and towels seemed to have been changed but were also stained, and there was a burn-hole in the sheets. The door mat looked like it had never been cleaned and there was a sewing needle on it. There was enough parking, a/c worked, fridge and freezer functioned, and the shower had decent pressure and hot water(although it made a constant loud tea-kettle sound I could not get to stop). I had the basics that I absolutely needed, but the rest is enough for me to say I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property.

Avoid at all costs. The door was left open after house keeping cleaned it. Someone was in it smoking and covered the smoke detector. The door had a 1.5” gap that stayed open. We left and went to best western next door.

Over all a satisfy stay. Property is close to restaurants & shops. Check in was nice and easy. Check out customer service was not as friendly. I was going to share that the toilet need attention but she just sent me off. lol Bed & pillow a bit too soft. Carpet might need some deep cleaning/update. Don't mind staying again.

The parking lot is poorly lit, making it feel unsafe at night. The room had a safe, fridge, and microwave, which were appreciated. The room was not adequately clean, and there were holes in one of the sheets. The room showed a lot of damage. The free breakfast was nice.
