Well I'm going to start off with GO LOOK AT The main page of this hotel webpage says that they accept service dogs free of charge, but yet the owner charged after me cussing me out like a dirty dog riftraft low life drug addict when I was there for my social security disability evaluation. on top of that I have my 11yr old daughter with me that is going through a lot as well. This man yelled at me, scared and upset my daughter threaten me said he would charge $250 and he kicked me out he never asked about the dog what the dogs used for and I have seizures sometimes even multiple a day blackout spells mental health issues and the judgment came on strong and they charged my card still, kicked me and my daughter out almost caused me to miss my SSI appointment that's I've been waiting on for over a year also drove 3 hrs to make this appointment. Unlawful, doesn't even go by own rules on website or state even, How can a man like this that owns a hotel deals with customers, CHARGE after like a BULL and downgrade, judge, and threaten a women that has been through more than most in a life time will never experience in just the last 2 years. You never know when it's someone's last snapping point to end a mental breakdown.
