I’ve stayed here a few times before and was looking forward to coming back. This time, I found the staff to be unfriendly and not helpful. They said since I booked my reservation through Expedia and not through Bonvoy they weren’t able to answer my questions about my booking. I also found my room to be not as clean as it had been in previous stays. It was very obvious that the floor had not been washed and the room had a strange odor. I ordered room service which was delivered without utensils. They never came back with utensils. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful property and very walkable. I enjoy walking a lot, and the hotel had lots of indoor and outdoor space! The room was very spacious, lots of places to store your items! I also loved the soap with essential oils!! I was in heaven. My only issue is, how long it takes for the hot water to get warm, then hot. My electric brush spins for 2 mins, so I can honestly say well after 2 mins of running the hot water - it was just warm.

We traveled with a 4 month old and the stay was absolutely wonderful!! The only concern we had was the super soft beds because we have extra firm mattresses at home!! But I’d say it was a great success. We did have some hallway noise as we were right across from the elevators but we brought 2 heavy duty sound machines and it was a great thing we did!

My stay was amazing !! The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very nice and friendly and there’s even security at night time to make sure everyone coming in and going out is safe ! My room was clean, I did find a makeup spot on my bathroom counter but I just wiped it up no biggie, my sheets and pillows were clean (bed was a little on the harder side) and parking was not a problem! There is 2 different parking garages to choose from and so many different things to do and restaurants to eat from in walking distance ! The next time I come to Maryland this will be the place I stay !
