We loved this little boutique hotel and it was close to everything! Cafes, doctors, pharmacies, shops, tours- you name it- we walked to it within minutes of this lovely hotel. The rooms were large enough- maybe even spacious by European standards. We booked a room with a balcony- not street view so not a stellar view but interesting and nice to have that outdoor space. Check in was quick and easy. We went on a food tour and hop on hop off which the friendly people at the front desk were able to do for us. Both were awesome. We went on the hop on hop off tour in Lisbon and this was so much better. So much to see and do in Barcelona. The food tour was also so much fun and the food was excellent. Our guide- Nick - was awesome. Knew where to go and tons of history. They have a cute little pool area near the restaurant area and an inviting bar. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Just one street over from the major La Rambla and it was perfect!

Although the facility and location are good, the staff is atrocious. There was always a vacuum or cart in the hall. The “welcome water” was lukewarm - no ice - despite my complaint. Worst of all, the desk staff dared to argue with me at length about a trivial matter, reflecting a total failure to understand the nature of service. I cannot condemn this host strongly enough and I will never return. Amateurs.

1 Nuit avant la croisière Italie, Espagne....notre chambre était située en avant dans la rue piétonière... nous avons crains pour le bruit de la rue..Mais non... très bien insonorisé cet hotel.... Beau jardin arrière et déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix au buffet... Sincèrement nous avons préféré cet hotel à Barcelone que le 2ième au retour de croisière, qui était plus loin....Si l'on retourne en Espagne pour un plus long séjour, cet hotel sera notre premier choix...

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and really comfortable beds. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which was great but you would expect a three star hotel to have a full service restaurant. The hotel is in a pedestrianised area and our taxi from the airport dumped us on the main road leaving us to drag our luggage and find the hotel. The hotel did find us a taxi service that came to the door for our departure which was kind of them and very helpful.
