The Space:

This attractive Sunriver Vacation home boasts a fantastic location and many alluring features, making it a wonderful place to call home during your visit. Situated a short distance from Aquatics recreation facility. From here, it is easy to bike on over to Fort Rock Park for a picnic or to let the kids run around and play at the playground. This setting offers convenient access to all the excitement of the Sunriver area, while providing a quiet retreat with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. For guests visiting us with an EV, there is a Level 2 Charging Station in the garage.



This classic 3-bedroom home has lots of updates. There is a very romantic master bedroom and bath, both upstairs and downstairs. The master bathroom upstairs has a large soaking tub with a shower, two sinks, lots of space, and a very large master closet. This 3.5 bath home gives plenty of room for the whole family and lots of privacy.



The split-level home takes you upstairs to a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a gas cooktop and tile countertops. Just off the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats 6 and additional seating at the bar for 2. The living room, off the kitchen has hand scraped hickory hardwood floors that run throughout the upper level. Step out to the upper deck for family grilling, and a nice sized family table, making eating outdoors a fresh air experience that only Central Oregon has to offer.



Send the kids to the downstairs family room to watch TV, while the rest of the group enjoys a glass of wine out on the upper deck. The downstairs offers a separate family/gaming room with a sink and mini refrigerator for convenience. After a long day of Sunriver activities, walk right out the door to the hot tub area for a relaxing experience. The lower level has a great kid’s room with a log style twin bunk bed over the top of a queen bed, and another bathroom for privacy. Exit the very large two-car garage with an additional refrigerator and Ping-Pong table. The large front area has plenty of parking for everyone.

Everything was wonderful! House was beautiful and perfect for our families. We loved that there were plenty of bikes for all our crew. The SHARC passes were such a bonus! The garage games and hot tub were a hit for our rainy Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Great house and everything about it

We had an awesome time. Lots of room for the 5 of us + a dog. Street pretty quiet, right on the trail, bikes for everyone, ping pong, and air hockey. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. One thing to note the house needs real hot pads vs the little squares that are provided. So minor but wanted to pass along.

Long time friends ski trip.

Perfect property for three couples. Each had their own space with private bath. Hot tub was great for relaxing after skiing. Kitchen was well equipped. Only negative was the dishes did not match and there were no placemats for dining table. Easy access from Hwy. 97. Great walking paths for our dog. Heavy snowfall and someone came and cleared driveway and steps to unit. Very much appreciated.

Loved this dog friendly property. The only issue was the downstairs living area smelled strongly of dog. It may have been from a recent carpet cleaning that released the smell just before we arrived. As a dog owner and a dog friendly vacation rental owner we know it’s hard to manage this but replacing the carpet with luxury vinyl would help the owners and property management keep this in check. Hope this is helpful. We would rent this unit again.

Fabulous tree house experience!

This home is the perfect place for some serious downtime, and the main living on the 2nd floor felt like we were staying in a 5 star treehouse. There are tons of windows and you literally look out and feel like you are in the treetops...so relaxing! We stayed for 8 days (my wife and 2 college-aged sons) and absolutely had the best time. Everyone had their own room with a great bed, and each room had its own bathroom (there are 4 bathrooms in total). The main living space was comfortable with a large gas fireplace, 2 reclining leather chairs and a leather couch. The dining/kitchen area had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub which had great views of the stars at night. We loved the large garage with ping pong, and it was nice to be able to store our bikes inside. The location was perfect for us. It is within the Woodlands golf course area so excellent spot if you are a golfer. Great place to relax and we will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect home

Everything is exactly as the write up but what I love most about this home is the location. I love being so close the the River, the peaceful neighborhood, and the quiet! The home is designed where the upper bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and the downstairs is private and had their own entrance and sitting area. The kitchen is well stocked, deck is cozy and great for star gazing at night, and there are even bikes in the garage to use. It’s one of our all time favorite homes.
