The bed sheet had a stain on it, and the carpet in the room was inexplicably damp. But the staff was very friendly, which was a big help. Also, the "fitness center" is not worthy of the name.

They did not refill breakfast. On the 2nd day the card didn’t work on the door. I had to go down and fix the issue. Room service wasn’t available on 2nd day. We had to talk in the front desk to get room service.

The hotel is very outdated. The ac barely works. I had to go purchase carpet freshener to help with the smell. The bed was comfortable. The charged me 25.00 for dirtying a towel? What a joke after the condition of the hotel.

Expedia is a joke. You don’t even have a one 800 number where someone can call that’s in trouble. I show up to a hotel prepaid and I’ve got no blinds. I called the Expedia number and you try to sell me something else. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life ridiculous Please give me my money back.
