Potholes big enough to swallow a wheel all over the driveway. So much salt had been laid down I thought we were being preserved. The front desk worker Latricia was very nice and accommodating to our requests. I asked for an additional blanket as the room had been cold the night before which she provided with no problem. She went out of her way to be pleasant when I noted that the water cooler in the exercise room was leaking. She was also very helpful with directions. Keep her on staff!

Surprisingly nice! Small apartment!

It was a really nice room, clean and comfortable. It was more like the New York City Studio apartment. It had a kitchen with a full oven, large refrigerator, microwave & toaster..

Floor Issue in Kitchen

Room was nice but in the kitchen the flooring is coming up and if you are not careful you could cut your foot or snag your socks on it.. Needs to be fixed and its been this way for some time.

Outside it smells like a sewer broke. I couldnt open the door to leave, the door was jamming (fire hazard) room 713. The room itself was fairly clean superficially, but I could see it wasn't deep cleaned on carpeted areas there were leaves and a hair or two found from prior visitors.

We were in the first floor and could hear people upstairs who were very noisy. It didn’t felt like there was a lot of soundproofing. Other than that, things were fine. Great kitchen area if you have food with you.

Love the room. It had a kitchen and couch to watch tv. Lots of channels to watch. Shower was great. One hiccup was when I got back late night from a family outing, there wasn't a spot to park. I had to park on the side of the driveway. Otherwise I have no complaints of the property.
