Front desk people were friendly enough. Hard to hear them because Hotel is under construction. Loud and dusty. The rooms are older. Stained carpets. Dirty toilet rim and spots on mirror in bathroom so it doesn’t feel clean. Both side access doors t hotel are not working (broken key card readers) so you must enter into the construction zone. The bed was very comfortable which is most important. Had I known these things I would have stayed elsewhere.

Ongoing construction. Areas that were sectioned off by plastic. Smell of paint and lots of sawdust in the hallways and on the door handle/ card reader. Woupd have appreciated knowing this before booking especially with my allergies. Ice machine was broken and no alternatives offered for ice. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation it seems which is good but the quality of the work is not there. It looks like it was rushed so there is paint on things that shouldn’t have it ( floors, frames). The breakfast had decent amount of selection which you don’t always see.

Got greeted right away, check in was super fast and also shout out to the gentleman that check us in, we like to stay at the top floor, totally forgot about it when booking our room and he solved our issue right away and with no problem at all. Top notch customer service.

Fluorescent bulb missing from fixture above sink. Smoke detector was wrapped and covered with a plastic bag. Switch on lamp was broken so the only way to turn it on and off was by plugging it in or unplugging it. The window had two sections. The outside one was open by a couple inches and frozen in place. However, the inside window did shut completely. We did report it to the desk person, and he offered to move us, but we decided to stay because we have to leave so early in the morning. Too much hassle to move all our stuff. There wasn’t an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we had to go ask for one from the desk person. The bed seems to be comfortable and is clean. Looking forward to a good night’s sleep!
